The house is located in Grand-Village-Plage on the southwest coast of the island of Oléron (about 3 km) bridge, in a quiet residential area, close to the village center and shops (300 m ), closest to the forest (100m) and the sea (1500m). Everything can be done on foot or by bike (bike path), in season, a 'small shuttle train' can take you to the range.
The house, nice and easygoing, offers all the modern comforts:
