This brand new studio has been completely renovated and decorated in January 2014 with a real bed for 2 people (slats) in the living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is the ideal location to browse the market of Les Halles (2 minutes).
The studio is located 1 minute walk from the tram station Godrans, 5 minutes from Place Darcy, Place de la Republique, ESC or Sciences Po.
The markets are held on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings. You will find delicious products why not whip up a chicken Gaston Gérard (grain mustard sauce) or eggs in red wine sauce accompanied by a Pommard. Unless you decide to enjoy a sunny terrace for lunch in the clamor of an end market.
Tram Station 'Godrans is 1 minute and connects the station or the other way around campus or the Olympic pool and more.
In the evening, the Republic district and its superb place fountains newly renovated Burgundy stone focuses bars and clubs to go out (The Salsapelpa, the Black Cat ...).

Tram station is central and allows Godrans come directly from the station in a few minutes. Of parking spaces are available outside the building (3.60 € per day) or guarded parking Trémouille.
You can park your bikes in the courtyard.
