Our modern 4 bedroom apartment is built to the highest standards of luxury. It has a huge terrace and a private gated south facing garden leading onto communal gardens, ornamental lily ponds and a superb swimming pool.

The spacious accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player, ipod dock and wireless internet connection. All rooms have air conditioning/heating with electric security blinds. There are marble floors and bathrooms throughout.

The large lounge/dining area leads onto the covered terrace with table seating 10 as well as comfortable seating area and sunbeds. The master bedroom with en suite leads onto the terrace. 3 further spacious twin bedrooms (one with en suite) all open on to the private garden. Plus shower room.

Modern fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room include oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. Covered parking space at rear accessed through gated entrance.

200m to the beach, Pine Walk and the Illa D’O Hotel with its beauty spa, tennis courts and beach-side restaurant and bar.

A few minutes’ walk away is a local shop supplying fresh bread daily, coffee and excellent lunches.

A car is not necessary and bikes can be easily hired to explore the town and surrounding area.

Ideal location for walking holidays, ornithologists and cyclists.

Accommodation can be configured as either 1 double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms or 2 doubles and 2 twins.

Cots and highchairs available on request (for an additional charge).

A lovely ground floor apartment, very spacious with a wonderful patio/lawned area with outdoor furniture and a small gate that opens directly onto the pool. We were a family group of 7 adults and we had so much space. The location is perfect. We had a wonderful week and will certainly be returning.

We have now rented this apartment several times and can highly recommend it. It's a very spacious comfortable apartment and being on the ground floor, great for BBQ's and the pool is just outside your front door! It's in a great location and within walking distance of the town, restaurants and the beach. That's why we keep coming back.

This was a great apartment in a great location for exploring the local area, wandering into Puerta Pollensa itself and just relaxing. The apartment was every we needed it to be - really well laid out, superbly equipped and spotless. The owner could not have been more helpful before our arrival and providing lots of ideas and information for when we were there. Would thoroughly recommend the property and the area.

Bellresguard is a tranquil private gated community 200 metres from the beach in the picturesque unspoilt resort of Puerto Pollensa nestled beneath the Tramutana mountains.

Stroll along the Pine Walk past the sandy beaches into the town with its abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. Sit in a promenade cafe and watch the boats in the marina while the children play on the beach and the sun sets behind the mountains. Take a short ferry ride across the bay to Formantera for lunch or walk across the Boquer mountains to the beautiful and peaceful bay of Cala San Vincente. The Port offers sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing and kite surfing.

Ten minutes drive away is the old town of Pollenca with its 365 Calvari Steps which take you to an amazing view of the bay and mountains. The old cobbled streets lead to the main square and the medieval church and street cafes. Every Sunday morning a buzzing produce and craft market is held there.

Within a short drive are the marshes of Albufera, an area of outstanding natural beauty, where bird watchers catch a glimpse of migrating birds. Also 2 golf courses and a water park are within 15 minutes.

A car is not essential and bikes can be easily hired.

Notes:
As this is a ground floor apartment there is easy wheelchair access from the car parking area at the rear of the building into the apartment block and throughout the apartment. There is a very small step from the patio into the garden. The en-suite shower room to the master bedroom is designed with the disabled in mind. There are electric security blinds to all windows. Fully reversible air conditioning/central heating. The apartment remains pleasantly cool in summer months, so you don't need the air-con on constantly, which is often mentioned as a real bonus by guests with babies and small children.
