Villa Fushi 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, with private heated swimming pool.

Villa Fushi is located in a very quiet and peaceful location, and is only 10 Minutes’ walk to shops, bars, restaurants, Golf and the beach. The villa is a short distance from the small holiday resort of Caleta de Fuste, and the Atlantico Commercial Centre is also within walking distance to the villa.The 5 Star Elba Palace Golf Hotel and Golf Club, is also near the villa and it offers a wide variety of services. The villa is furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 6 persons. The villa is beautifully appointed throughout, with top quality furnishings used. An outside staircase leads to a large fully tiled sun terrace on the first floor, offering a breathtaking 360° view taking in the golf course, the local mountains, and the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is full of character and offers a very comfortable living space. We will make your next villa holiday the best holiday you've taken!

Atlantico Shopping Centre: At the entrance to the golf course resort {10 min. walk from the villa} you will find the new Atlantico Shopping Centre, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, a large supermarket, a cinema, a bowling alley, and charming up market shops. You will also find a large 'Spar' supermarket which will cater for all your food requirements.

There are restaurants and bars overlooking the promenade and sea, with a pizza restaurant and a burger bar for snacks. There is a small games/entertainment area for the children and a ¾ length bowling alley (with a bar) for the whole family. There is a multiplex cinema too but as yet all films are shown in Spanish only. There are 2 Internet terminals in the entertainment area for your convenience.

Caleta is built around a horseshoe shaped bay, and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Caleta is rich in character, and offers a wide variety of entertainment, and fun areas for small children. On Saturday mornings there is an African Market offering a wide variety of souvenirs which are rich in African culture. There are a wide variety of excursions available at Caleta, including trips to the endless beaches in the South, the sand dunes in the North, La Lajita Zoo and Botanical Garden, camel rides, water park, catamaran and boat fishing trips, to mention but a few.

Travel: Fuerteventura Airport is approximately 8 km away. A free shuttle bus service is available daily between the golf club, the commercial centre and Caleta. This runs every half hour up to 10pm. The taxi service on the island is efficient and very reasonably priced. You can arrange a taxi from the Airport to the golf resort, for 15 Euro {approximately}. As a result car hire is not strictly necessary. However we would recommend hiring a car for part, if not all of your stay.

  • Baby accessories:
    • Baby chairs and cots are free of charge.

    Welcome Pack:
    A welcome pack is provided FREE of charge on arrival. It consists of the following,
    Water, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Wash up liquid, etc.

    Pool Heating:
    If you require the pool to be heated by the electric pool heater, an additional charge of £75 Pounds per week will be required.
  • Changeover Days:
    we are flexible with changeover days. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to assist you. We endeavor to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times; however, if this is not possible we adhere to 3pm arrival and 10am departure.

    Cleaning:
    the villa is cleaned prior to arrival and linen/bath towels provided.
    We recommend guests provide their own beach towels. If you are staying for more than 10 nights the linen and towels will be replenished.

    Travel Insurance:
    Please take out your own travel and holiday insurance as we cannot take responsability for any loss, injury, or accidents that may happen at the villa.

Notes: The villa boasts a beautiful large, heated swimming pool (8m x 4m x 1.5m) with Roman entrance steps and a children’s pool along-side the main pool. A spectacular waterfall cascades from the children`s pool into the main pool offering a tranquil sound of water flowing throughout the day. The pool is situated on a south facing plot so it is bathed in the sun from early morning to late evening. The sun terrace area is covered with tropical bamboo and this offers shade for that wonderful alfresco dining experience. There is a custom built BBQ that is ideal for cooking Canarian cuisine. All the patio furniture is very good quality and its beautiful design adds character to the villa. There is a large table on the sun terrace which can seat 6 people comfortably, with 6 carver chairs.
