Old world charm & modern amenities: equiped kitchen, terrace, sleeps 4

Wonderful 45m2 apartment, located on the 1st floor of an 18th century building on Ile St. Louis. Great ambiance, and well equipped with antique furnishings, a modern kitchen, bathroom, and a small terrace.

The living room has a sofa that converts into a comfortable queen-size bed with a genuine Simmons mattress, an antique dining table. The bedroom area features a wood beamed ceiling, a double bed, divider curtain, pine armoire, and oriental carpets. The bedroom area and living room are seperated by a glass door with a curtain. Making both areas private. The marble bathroom is accessible by the corridor (next to the bedroom). The kitchen features a granite top, electric stove, traditional oven, microwave, fridge, a combo washing machine/dryer, and a dishwasher.

Also for rent: charming 40m2 studio located on the same floor as our 1 bedroom apartment. The studio accommodates comfortably 2 people (possible to be 4 people). The main room has 2 new single beds (1m by 2m) when placed together form a large bed. There are also 2 sofas that convert into a double and queen size bed, a dining table & built in unit with TV and recently installed double gazed windows. The is an equipped kitchen with a small electric stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher washing machine.

Stay at the heart of Paris ! The apartment is on the very chic and posh Ile Saint-Louis, on the river Seine and next to Ile de la Cité and the Notre-Dame Basilica. Ile Saint-Louis is an up scale neighbourhood, the most prestigious in Paris, where you have beautiful shops and services, including bakery, butcher, food stores and restaurants. You can walk through the heart of the city, to all the museums, including Louvre and Centre Pompidou / Beaubourg. Walk on the right bank through the Marais, to place des Vosges, or through the Tuileries, to Place de la Concorde and les Champs Elysées, up to l'Arc de Triomphe. Or stroll on the Left bank through the Latin Quarter, Jardins du Luxembourg, Saint-Germain des Prés, Les Invalides and the Eifel Tower. If you get tired of walking, why not hop on a cruise or 'bateau-bus' (boat bus) on the river Seine and return back to the comfort of your island apartment. The nearest Metro is Pont-Marie, but several other stations are also nearby.

We're a family of 4 and stayed in this great studio apartment for 6 nights. We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with our choice of accommodations. We loved the huge windows overlooking the street below and the high beamed ceiling. The windows are brand new and we could hardly hear the street noise below. The location is fantastic - a short walk to metro and RER stations, restaurants, and Notre Dame. We especially loved having a grocery store right below us (which we never heard noise from), and a bakery right across the street, where we'd get our morning coffee and pastry every day. It was also nice that we only had to carry our luggage one floor up, since there's no elevator in the building. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We are a family of four with two younger children (under 10). We found this place to be very convenient to the Metro and RER stations which were able to get us all around Paris including Versailles and Disneyland. Notre Dame is a quick stroll away and the Louvre is a very quick ride on the Metro, or if you don't mind a walk with some window shopping on the way, it is close enough for that as well. The street has a small market and plenty of restaurants, pastry shops, and boutiques. The street can be very busy with pedestrians and at times noisy, but we were on vacation and didn't mind at all. Maria was very helpful and her agents were too. The transactions were easy and everything went smoothly. We will keep this place in mind for our next trip.

We stayed in the studio apartment in March of 2012. The location of the apartment is truly amazing. It couldn't have been a more ideal setting. The street it is on is lovely and has all of the amenities one could need. Its great to be able to walk to so many of the Parisian sights. Especially for first time visitors, it makes life so much easier.

The studio is basically one big room, with a bathroom and a kitchen. Both the bathroom and kitchen were plenty large and fully equipped. The room came with a bed and the fold out couch. Good enough to sleep the three of us.

Wonderful location. Pleasant little studio. Great and honest interactions with the owner and apartment manager!

We stayed here from April 6- 9 2012 and had a awesome time. The street it is in is THE BEST. Perfect location on the Isle Louis. There is a supermarket beneath, a bakery and a cremerie across.
Highly recommend this apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 kids.

Wir haben in den Osterferien zusammen mit unseren beiden Kindern (14 und 16 Jahre) 6 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Apartment besticht vor allem durch seine einzigartige Lage auf der Île Saint Louis mitten im Zentrum von Paris. Dadurch konnten wir den größten Teil unseres Sightseeing-Programms bequem zu Fuß erledigen. Trotz der zentralen Lage wohnten wir ruhig an einer kleinen Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr.
Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft erinnert an eine romantische Kleinstadt mitten in der Stadt und hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, besonders abends wenn die meisten Besucher die Insel verlassen haben.
Das Apartment selbst besteht aus einem großen Raum mit zwei recht bequemen Schlafsofas, einem Badezimmer sowie einer separaten Küche, in der man Kleinigkeiten zubereiten kann. Die Einrichtung ist angemessen und auch für eine vierköpfige Familie völlig ausreichend.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir noch die sehr gute Betreuung. Maria hat uns bei der Buchung sehr geholfen und auftretende Fragen prompt beantwortet. Zur Wohnungsübergabe haben uns dann Carlos und Marias Mann Patrick erwartet. Beide waren äußerst freundlich und die Übergabe war herrlich unkompliziert und problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles!
