Perfect Place in every way

We booked the one bedroom apartment (not the studio). We were delighted with the apartment in every aspect.
Dealing with Maria was a wonderful experience. She handled all of our questions beautifully, responded promptly to emails, and she was patient with us as we handled the payment. We had a little trouble with our bank and international payment, but eventually everything went through.
We've rented many apartments in different cities. This one stands out in our mind for what may seem like a trivial detail. Maria made sure there were lots of hooks to hang things. This is so essential with wet bath towels, raincoats, and drying laundry. You always need hooks and no other apartment I ever rented was as "hook friendly" as this apartment. Maria, I appreciate all those hooks! There are two fans (one for each room) that kept us cool on the hot days and nights. The wifi worked great. We didn't even turn the TV on, so I can't comment on that. Washing machine was tricky to figure out, but we got it eventually.
The apartment is in a perfect location. Right downstairs in a small grocery store. We got pastries for breakfast every morning at the baker across the street. We ate in awesome restaurants just steps from the apartment. The boutiques and shops on the apartment's street are also a joy to visit. It's a fabulous area to stay in, and you really feel like you are in "the" place to be in Paris. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay in Paris. This is a perfect apartment and dealing with Maria made it very easy and no stress.
One clarification. The description mentions a divider curtain. I was a bit confused by that, so I thought I'd explain it a bit. The apartment is essentially two rooms. Room 1 is a large bedroom with the bathroom in it. You enter the apartment, walk through Room 1 and get to Room 2. Room 2 is the living room/kitchen area. Room 2 is where the sofa bed is and the kitchen table. Between Room 1 and Room 2 is a clear glass door. The divider curtain slides, much like a shower curtain, to cover the glass door and give privacy between the two rooms. We were traveling with our kids. Grown-ups slept in the bedroom and we put the kids (ages 7 and 11) on the sofa bed. Everyone slept great. It's quiet and comfortable.
We don't hesitate to recommend this apartment and stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
