Both apartments are beautiful and very comfortable and complete. The modern luxury apartment is 'new' (2007), very cosy, with elevator, South facing with nice terrace.

The totally modernized Penthouse has been furnished and decorated very nicely and is very complete throughout.The penthouse has 5 different terraces with sea views and is very spacious. A truly unique paradise in 5 * facilities...: Alcazaba Beach is special, to say the least. Who has been there once, will understand why. Despite the size (13 hectares) it has a very intimate feeling (low built).

Owners are proud of their property and maintance of apartments and unique gardens is of the highest standards.Both visitors (renters) and owners are of a good standard, making it a quiet haven for the perfect holiday. Security is of a high standard (video camera´s, gated).In the apartment you will find a list of great restaurants, typical Spanish tapas, great fish, steak, Italian, French etc. The choice is overwhelming, the art is to find the most special; either in the cosy port, typical Spanish old town, romantic seaside, mountains or places like Puerto Banus and Marbella. The good thing is that you don’t need to go far, within a few minutes you will find excellent quality and atmosphere. Unlike many of the towns on the Costa del Sol, Estepona understands the importance of preserving her Andalusian Spanish character.

Most of her buildings date back to last century and the town is a maze of white-washed, narrow streets, shaded squares and pretty patios with many nice restaurants and terraces to enjoy.

Down at the harbour, totally rebuilt in 1977, fish is auctioned daily on the quayside. There are also a variety of sport amenities in Estepona port along with dolphin spotting trips, sailing and fishing excursions. Estepona port is lively with many nice restaurants and bars.

The Estepona coastline, shallow and sandy, extends over more than 21 km. The Rada Beach, located in front of town, has all services: restaurants, beach bars, showers, lifeguards, etc. ,

The Cristo Beach forms a charming cove, and is ideal for any time of the year,being quite sheltered with shallow waters and great beach bars to enjoy lunch or a drink on the sandy beaches; the 'European Caribbean'!

Car Hire and transport: Renting a car in Spain is not expensive and will give you that extra bit of freedom to move around and get the best out of the surrounding area. Even though you can do without a car, it is recommended to rent one. Contact the owner for the best car rental site in Spain, with the cheapest rates available. After many years of experience also with friends and family definitely the best rates, for mostly new cars and great service. Never been let down once. For people that don´t want to drive, there is a bus stop just minutes away (to Puerto Banus, Marbella Estepona town and port etc.).

Also, everything is within walking distance (beach, supermarket, boulevard, old town and port). Local taxis are not expensive and available via security. In the apartment you find a list with all the important telephone numbers (taxi, hospital (only 5 minutes away), emergency, recommended restaurants, etc).

This stunning urbanization in the most beautiful tropical gardens of the region, is one of Estepona´s best kept secrets and truly feels like the 'European Caribbean'. The urbanization was built in 5 different phases (from 1986 till 2009) over an area of 14 hectares of tropical gardens, walkways, swimming pools and facilities.

Phase 4 was built in 2007 and offers a high standard of construction utilizing the most up to date building materials and techniques.

Despite the size (14 hectares), this urbanization has a very intimate feeling, which is due to the overall design of the individual phases (widely spread out) and low construction (maximum 2 floors).

The complex has seven pools in the different phases, which include 1 heated outdoor pool (plus several children pools), lounge beds by the sea and all pools, 5 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts, reception area, 24 hour security, sauna, fitness, children playgrounds, summer activities, magnificent gardens and an excellent restaurant with bar and terraces (on the waterfront).

This restaurant situated on the seafront together with its superb outdoor terrace offers a unique dining experience and opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Regular special events are being organized.

Location and Public

Directly on the beach with amazing views to Gibraltar and Africa, this seafront urbanization was originally designed by famous architect Melvin Villaroel Roldan.

The urbanization is located in a quiet location at the beginning of the Estepona New Golden Mile, still within walking distance of Estepona boulevard (10 minutes), Estepona old-town or port (to the West). Approximately 50% of the owners here are Spanish with the other 50% made up of many different nationalities. (in total 37 nationalities!). Very good public.

Maintenance of both the apartments and gardens is of the highest standards. This peaceful haven together with excellent on-site security is the ideal place for a perfect holiday or permanent living.

Thanks to being surrounded by the Sierra Bermeja mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, Estepona enjoys a special micro climate with around 325 sunny days a year.

Alcazaba Beach is located at the beginning of the New Golden Mile, still within walking-biking distance of Estepona boulevard, old-town and port (to the west). Estepona town and port have many great restaurants from typical Spanish, Italian, French etc in a nice atmosphere with lots of outside terrace dining. To the east, within 5 minutes walking (over the beach or road) the 5 star Kempinski resort and the polynesian village of Laguna Village with a chique lounge beach club, high end shops and restaurants. Only 10 minutes from Puerto Banus with its famous marina and restaurants and Marbella (20 minutes). Many renowned golf courses within 15 minute drive.

Beautiful mountains behind within a short drive to white villages like Casares Gaucin Ronda, with also the Costa da Luz (Tarifa, Cadiz) close by. Estepona´s location is very central. Estepona has various wide sandy beaches and coves with typical beach bar-restaurants (Caribbean feeling). Carrefour supermarket close by Alcazaba Beach
