Nice and sunny apartment in central Cannes, overlooking the sea.

Nice and sunny 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor of Villa Monique Jean. In the vicinity are shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is three minutes walk from downtown and within 8 minutes walk to the Boulevard de la Croisette (Palais des Festivals) and the beach with private and public beaches. There is free parking directly in front and around the building.
