Our gorgeous first floor apartment is situated in the prestigious Grade II listed mansion block of Brunswick Place. It’s in a perfect location opposite Hove Lawns and just a stone’s throw from the beach! The eclectic shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets on Church Road and Western Road are just 5 minutes walk away!
The accommodation comprises of large lounge with kitchen and a dining area and a separate second bedroom with a real Queen size bed (the large period wooden doors close up to separate this room entirely from the lounge area to ensure privacy). Master bedroom with King size bed and upstairs bathroom through a spiral staircase.
More detailed description:
The front door opens onto the lounge/dining room which has a beautiful set of large, floor to ceiling sash windows, original cornicing, an original fireplace and plentiful lighting. The lounge includes a large leather sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with Freeview channels. There is a dining area with a large table and chairs. Wireless broadband and landline telephone is available. Off the dining room there is a separate bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed that sleeps 2 people. Solid oak chest of drawers and an extra sofa bed are also in this room.
The lounge then leads onto the hallway and into the master bedroom with upstairs bathroom.
There is also a smaller bathroom downstairs (just toilet and wash basin).
As from May 2013, NON-RESIDENT parking vouchers are now available to guests travelling by car and needing to park near the flat. This means you can park anywhere near the flat for unlimited hours and avoid fines and having to move the car every four hours during the day.
Please contact me to enquire about costs and availability in since only a limited number of these are issued by the local Council. A maximum of 3-4 parking vouchers can be provided per guest subject to availability.

This is a good flat, large and light and close to shops and restaurants. But the outside of the building and the communal areas are a bit shabby and tired looking. We weren't provided with any kitchen towels or tea towels for washing dishes, which was a bit strange!! And a word of advice, take your hair dryer because there isn't one in the flat.
Myself, my partner and another couple stayed here for 3 nights. The location really is fantastic shops/restaurants and the beach right on your door step. There was ample space in the apartment and all the facilities/amenities needed for our stay. Loved everything about the place and will definately return here on our next visit to Hove/Brighton. I have just got back from staying at Federica's place and I have to say this place is absolutely GORGEOUS! As soon as I walked into the front room, I couldn't help but gasp at the grandeur of the place: the ceilings are over 3 metres high and the floor to ceiling bay windows offer an oustanding side view of the sea, it is truly breath-taking! The flat also has plenty of period features, original wooden doors and cornices and beautiful marble fireplaces (I just had to light one even though it was warm just to see the effect that it had and it was a real marvel to be sitting on that splendid leather sofa by the fireplace and just relax!).
One of the things I like the most is the amount of light that floods into the apartment after 5 PM, it is so great and when the weather is nice, sitting out on the balcony and watching the world go by is a must!
I found the flat really clean, the kitchen perfectly equipped and the bed in the master bedroom was also really comfortable.
Location wise, it just doesn't get any better than this, you are right in the centre and near the sea, with lots of shops and places nearby. Federica also provides parking vouchers which are like gold dust in Brighton!
Federica was a great host, really attentive, her communication was flawless, she provided me with all the information beforehand and made sure that I had everything to enjoy my stay.
I seriously couldn't fault this place if I tried!
I will definitely return when I am next in Brighton (probably very soon, so Federica please save me a space :)
PS There is a fast Internet wireless connection and a great flat screen TV (I just didn't want to leave!!!).

My friend and I booked this flat for the weekend and we were so impressed with it. The flat is incredibly spacious, clean, with original marble fireplaces and amazingly high ceilings. The beach is only 5 minutes away and the flat is in a great location, close to the centre with quaint little shops, restaurants and supermarkets just down the road.
The Internet connection was super fast and reliable (which was a godsend as I had some work to do).
I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Brighton and would recommend it without hesitation.
We stayed at this flat for a long weekend. The location is superb and the flat is very spacious, clean and bright. We would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it.
