The house consists of two floors in the first one there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dining room with capacity for 8 people with two sofas, TV, DVD, well furnished kitchen and leaving this room there is a terrace overlooking the sea with furniture yard-
On the second floor there is another large terrace with garden furniture ideal for barbecue, 2 rooms with air conditioning and outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and a bathroom.

Schönes Haus- Vielen Dank!!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Die Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet und das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Haupt-Terrasse ist mit schönen Holz-Möbeln und einem großen Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Küchenutensilien und Geschirr sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Hafen und Strand sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ein großer, sehr gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das fehlende WLAN und der damit eingeschränkte Smartphone-Gebrauch der Kinder im Haus kann auch positiv gewertet werden. Allerdings gibt es in den meisten Bars einen WLAN-Zugang und außerdem ist die LTE-Netzabdeckung auf der Insel sehr gut. Dank moderner Kommunikationsmittel hat die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin hervorragend funktioniert.

nettes Stadthaus in sehr zentraler aber auch ruhiger Lage

Das Haus hat insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Alle Räume sehr nett, funktionell und bequem eingerichtet. Es gibt 3 Terrassen, eine mit Morgen- und Abendsonne, aber auch Schatten, eine auf der Rückseite des Hauses mit Grillmöglichkeit und eine im Obergeschoß - uneinsichtig und mit Blick über die Dächer bis zum Meer. Die Küche ist mit allem was man sich so vorstellen kann ausgestattet, einen Geschirrspüler gibt es nicht, was uns aber nicht störte. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Die beiden Badezimmer klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Im Haus sind jede Menge Handtücher, Decken und auch Sonnenschirme vorhanden. 2 Dinge die wir uns im Haus noch gewünscht hätten: die Klimaanlage ist verbesserungswürdig - in den beiden Schlafzimmern oben ist je eine vorhanden, diese bläst aber so stark, dass man sie in der Nacht abschalten muss. Und die beiden unteren Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über keine Klimaanlage, dadurch gab es dort sehr warme Nächte. Weiters hätten sich unsere Kinder WLAN gewünscht - für meinen Mann und mich war das aber nicht erforderlich. Dafür gibt es einen Fernseher mit unzähligen und auch deutschen Programmen. Alles in allem eine sehr nette saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft, nahe beim Hafen, der Strandpromenade und sehr zentral. Sandstrände sind auch ca. 10 min entfernt. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett auch die Kommunikation via Mail und SMS funktionierte wunderbar.
