Bus stop nearby also.

The apartment is located in a quality residence with caretaker pool. The apartment has a double garage accessible by lift. Equipment of high quality, Wi-FI ACCESS, 127cm Plasma TV, Blu Ray, Hi-Hi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Fully equipped kitchen (freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine, dishwasher).

A Beautiful Apartment, Managed by Wonderful People

We were four adults traveling for the Cannes Film Festival and this apartment suited our needs perfectly. The apartment looks just like the photos, but is even better in person. Great layout, impeccably clean, spacious, well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and everything in great condition. We felt at home here instantly.

There are four balconies, spectacular views, the living area is cozy, and the kitchen is spotless and modern, stocked with a dishwasher and all the plates, cups and cookware one would ever need. The highlight for me was the Nespresso machine, which was a fabulous! There is even a washing machine in the kitchen and a rack for you to dry your clothes. This apartment exceeded our expectations and then some. Although there is only one main toilet, there are two additional bathrooms complete with showers. During our stay, we never felt deprived for bathroom time, which is great, considering we were two women in our travel group.

As for management, the apartment owner and manager are both a joy to do business with. Both women are professional, organized, efficient, and extremely helpful. These lovely ladies are on the ball and know what they're doing.

We needed something close to the Palais/La Croisette strip and this apartment is only a 12-minute walk away, which was perfect for us! We were close to all the screenings, shopping and restaurants, and there is even a park and a cute bakery just a short walk from the apartment. During one of our movie screenings in Cannes La Bocca, we even discovered that we could take the #2 bus home and it would drop us off just one stop away from our street. To quote one of my travel companions, “This place just gets better and better.”

I can't say enough about this gorgeous apartment. It is beautiful, safe, and conveniently located. I don't normally like to write reviews, but our stay here was so fantastic, I had to share.

Sometimes it's hard to decide on a location based on only a few brief descriptions and some photos, but I can say without reservation that this apartment is a gem and worth every penny.

Take my advice and rent this fabulous apartment. You will not be disappointed.

P.S.: The building number (#6) is not visible from the main street. On your first day, you will be met out front and shown the way in, but if you're taking a cab to the apartment, to avoid being lost, have them drop you off at building #4 which is clearly visible.

Les commentaires ainsi que les descriptifs et photos sont les réalités de cette location. Prendre son petit déjeuné face à la baie de Cannes avec un parc de verdure en premier plan est le meilleur moyen de commencé une belle journée, d'autant que le soleil est toujours au rendez-vous. Notre séjour a été des plus agréable.

Just wonderful

Beautiful apartment, stunningly maintained. The quiet and calm at night during the Film Festival completely negates the 5 minute up-hill walk fro the Croisette. Spacious, clean and with many amenities, can accommodate many people and not feel cramped. Virginie is very quick to respond to emails with great communication and a wonderful greeting from the lovely Sandrine on arrival makes the entire experience a great one. My company has been attending Cannes for five years and this was easily the best accommodation we have ever had. We will definitely stay again. 5 stars.

Lovely apartment with a wonderful view.

Spent 5 nights in the apartment and enjoyed it thoroughly. Having my office on the verandah was a pleasure as this was a work related visit. Comfortable furniture, and most importantly, comfortable beds. Fast Wifi. Everything top notch. Highly recommend.
Virginie and her colleague Sandrine were very easy to deal with, always responded quickly and made my stay easy. I had a list of specific requests of things I wanted to do during my visit and they provided good suggestions for everything. An added bonus when my French is not so good.
Thank you for everything. I´ll be back for an actual vacation.

Superbe appartement

Très bel appartement. Tout confort, bien décoré, ensoleillé, vue magnifique et très propre. Il est bien agréable de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse face à la baie de Cannes. Le descriptif est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. On s'y sent bien. Le + est le grand garage, indispensable à Cannes. Tout peut se faire à pied : Marché Forville, plage et bien sur la Croisette. Très bons contacts avec la propriétaire ainsi qu'avec la personne qui nous a accueillis et qui a été disponible durant notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir et sans hésitation.

BELLES PRESTATIONS POUR CET APPARTEMENT

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances avec deux ados et une enfant de 11 ans la dernière semaine du mois d'août 2012 dans ce magnifique appartement où nous nous sommes sentis formidablement bien.
La propriétaire est charmante ainsi que la personne en charge de l'accueil. Cette dernière nous a donné des bonnes adresses à Cannes, aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les ados, très sympa !
L'appartement est très bien situé (à 10mn à pieds de tout !), il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il y a une belle vaisselle, le nettoyage est impeccable, très lumineux, avec une vue magnifique donnant sur la mer et les îles de Lérins. Il est face à un parc très verdoyant. Il a plusieurs terrasses exposées différemment pour y être bien tout au long de la journée.
Une piscine très bien entretenue et très agréable, pas du tout bondée à cette période. Nous avons bien profité des transats mis à notre disposition.
Nous qui habitons à la campagne, nous avons trouvé la tranquilité au milieu de la ville !
Le garage individuel fermé est très appréciable.
Les repas sur la terrasse surplombant la mer est le meilleur souvenir pour nos journées d'hiver parisien !
