About this property

The spectacular Royal Palm

Situated mid-way between glamorous Cannes and the charming seaside town of Mandelieu La Napoule, this apartment is seconds from 3 pools and just across the road from a lovely sandy beach.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower/bath and vanity unit, sliding doors lead to the private outdoor terrace.

The second bedroom has two single beds, ample cupboards and an en-suite shower room.

There is a cloakroom with toilet in the hallway.

Linen and towels are all included.

The fully equipped modern kitchen features a washing machine/dryer, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, oven, hob,
and dishwasher.

Lounge / dining: The spacious lounge/dining area has two large sofa's and a table for 4. The room opens onto the terrace, which is furnished to accommodate six people in comfort. The terrace is secure for young children and is a tranquil place to read a book or doze on a sunny afternoon. We have installed electric blinds which offer soothing shade on hot mornings and afternoons.

Along with a TV there is a good selection of DVD's and of course wi-fi.

To the rear of the property and close to our back door there is an assigned parking bay. All parking is secure and with the development. Please note that there is an airfield at Mandelieu and during busy times such as the film festival, Lions we do get helicopters occasionally flying close by.

We like to be flexible and don't insist on specific changeover days and neither are you restricted to 7 nights (except for July and August), we are happy to quote for shorter stays and for just two people.

We love our home from home in this beautiful part of Southern France and want you to enjoy it too.

Wonderful stay in a superb apartment.
Spent a week here in August and from the moment we arrived everything was outstanding. The cleanliness and attention to detail were superb and we could noy have asked for more. The pool (s) are lovely and never too crowded and the location was perfect. Communication was excellent and I am looking forward to returning. Wonderful in every aspect.

Amazing holiday
I love The Royal Palm. The swimming pool is lovely and right opposite the beach. There are also some snack kiosks dotted about too and one directly opposite. One thing to note is you definitely need a car. The flat is spacious and on the ground floor which is convenient and the air conditioning worked really well. The flat was well equipped and Sheila pretty much answered my emails straight away and was extremely helpful.

Perfect family vacation
This is our second stay in this apartment. We love Royal Palm due to swimming pools and closeness to the beach. The closeness to places like Cannes, Theoule, Mandeliue, St Paul De Vence, Eze, Mougins makes it a great location. The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. If you had any questions the caretaker is very quick to respond. A big thanks to Sheila, Silvia and Laura for providing us with yet another unforgettable vacation.
