Pen-Y-Bryn is the top part of a converted family home recently updated for holiday use, with easy access by road, 2 parking spaces, with stunning views of the town itself, Looe River and Looe Island.

It has two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen/Diner and a lounge, both with views out to sea and the town. Modern quality furniture and soft furnishings within comfortable surroundings.

There is also a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the views of the Cornish Countryside, sea, river and watch the fantastic sunset.

The self-contained apartment is set in the heart of East Looe - ideally situated overlooking both the English Channel with the famous Looe Island in full view, and Looe River. The property is a short, 10-minute walk, from the sandy beach, historic harbour, cafes and restaurants.

This coastal location in South-East Cornwall is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape from everyday working life.

The property sleeps up to 4 adults, a cot is also available for young children, and is ideal for family holidays, couples and small groups.

A short distance from superb local attractions such as Eden Project, all of Cornwall's famous Gardens, such as Lost Garden of Heligan, and beautiful stately homes.

Looe Golf club, country/coastal walks along with various smaller beaches are all within a short distance.

Fabulous place to stay. A hidden gem

What an amazing apartment! Absolutely the best views of East Looe river from the balcony. Pat and Brian were fabulous hosts, happy to share information about the area, where to eat etc. Very clean, comfortable apartment, we can't rate it highly enough other than we didn't want to leave when our week was over. We will most certainly be back. Thank you Pat and Brian, we hope to stay again soon.

Best apartment in Cornwall!

We have been there twice and looking forward to the third time! We never enjoyed holidays as much as we did at that place. It's very clean, quiet and lovely furnished. The view couldn't be any better and even if it is quiet you can reach the town and the beautiful beach in less than 10 minutes by foot.

Brian and Pat make you feel home with every word they say. They are so helpful, friendly and they always give their best to make your holiday perfect. We missed nothing at all.

All in all you couldn't pick a nicer place to spend your time in looe! :)

Thank you very much Brian and Pat! Without you we wouldn't have loved it sooooo much as we did.

We wish you the best and looking forward to see you the next time.

Wow!!! An amazing place to just curl up and relax, we needed comfort and hugs during a difficult time and we found it right here.

Thank you Brian and Pat for your wonderful help and hospitality, you made the month of February very bearable for us following our family bereavement.

Beautiful views, cosy home from home.

Lovely location, great views, clean and cosy flat and friendly hosts. Everything we might need was already there, including a complimentary carton of milk. Easy walk down to harbour and all the available eateries. Steep walk back up, but that means you don't feel guilty for having a pudding!

Very comfortable & clean like home from home. Brian was on hand if needed and was very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this property and will definitely return. Short walk. To town and beach but local amenities nearby if required. What more could anyone want for a relaxing holiday.

Highly recommended!

We had a super stay in Cornwall. Brian and Pat couldn't have been more helpful and the view from the accommodation was simply stunning. Yes, it is a pretty steep walk from the town, but it would have to be to get views like that of the harbour, town and out to sea....worth every step and over pretty quickly! Pen y Bryn was like a home from home, everything you could want or need with a lovely little terrace to eat your fish and chips whilst watching the boats come into harbour.We were well placed to visit the attractions of Eden, Heligan and Tintagel, all an easy drive away. There are so many quaint quintessentially Cornish fishing villages nearby, but Looe was definitely the best! Would recommend the fish restaurant @trawlers on the quayside - and of course Sarah's pasties.....the best in all Cornwall, I reckon! Thank you Pat and Brian, we have very happy memories of our few days away and look forward to seeing you again one day!
