The apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is ideally situated in Chamonix town itself. Arranged over two floors, with views of Mont Blanc from both the master bedroom and the diner, the apartment (54m2) catches the afternoon sun all year round. Downstairs the open plan kitchen diner gives onto a small balcony with the Mont Blanc view. There is a utility room with a washer dryer and storage space for ski boots. At the top of the the ash wood staircase, the living room and the three bedrooms have modern wooden flooring throughout. You'll feel cosy in your bedroom with its underfloor heating. Relax in the master bedroom with its high ceilings and take in the spectacular view of Mont Blanc. Next door the bunk room is bright and airy, and shares the Jack and Jill en-suite. The third bedroom has its own en-suite and boasts a king size bed under the sloping roof.

The apartment also benefits from a ski locker, private underground car park and communal wifi access.

It is just 2 minutes walk from the Aiguille du Midi lift, and 3 minutes walk to the main bus stop serving all of the other ski areas. You have numerous restaurants, bars, and shops on your doorstep and with a supermarket and spa nearby, its easy to get comfortable and enjoy your stay. Conveniently located for winter with a creche, ski school, ski hire shop and apres- ski bar in the residence, the apartment is a great summer spot too, next to the cable car to the Mont Blanc viewing station, and benefiting from mountain bike hire and trek guiding 2 minutes from the door.
