Comfortable loft with 4 beds near the sea

Loft of about 80 m² with a well-kept lawn of 500 square meters. Ideal for a holiday with children but also for young couples. The house is set back from the main road with own driveway. It is placed in a strategic position that allows the center to reach Palermo in about 40 minutes, or the Zingaro nature reserve in 45 minutes. Small beaches are within easy walking distance (400m) and 5 km is the largest beach of Magaggiari and a large spa.

The house is located in a strategic position near the sea (400 m) but also allows you to reach Palermo city center in 40 minutes by express train. At about 7 km away from the country where you will find several of Terrasini restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias where you can taste many specialties and especially fresh fish. With the availability of a car can easily reach: the Zingaro Nature Reserve with its beautiful beaches, Mount Hood, ideal for trekking, archaeological sites of Segesta and Selinunte, the island of Mothya and salt pans of Trapani with mills (we recommend a visit to sunset). Do not miss a trip to Erice, a charming medieval village, where you can stroll romantically picturesque lanes and enjoy local produce.
