Coast Luxury Townhouses is a newly built condominium development situated on the North Eastern side of Rodney Bay Marina. This is a group of 6 units, all of which have a large plunge pool and communal parking and grounds.

Unit #6 is a 2-bed unit on the left hand end of the block. Upstairs, there are two air conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a balcony. Downstairs is a comfortable air conditioned sitting/dining room which leads out onto a patio and plunge pool. Also downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, a powder room, laundry room with washer and dryer. The property is tastefully furnished with an up-market Caribbean look and feel and a short walk from all amenities. The nearest shopping mall (Super J - Rodney Heights) is 2 minutes walk away. Optionally cancelled bookings, at any time prior to arrival, may be transferred to a future date of up to 12 months. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. All cancellations must be in writing - by email.
To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required and the balance is payable 2 months before arrival. If booking within 2 months of arrival, then the full amount is required to confirm the booking.
