This cute one bedroom village house with private, sunny roof-terrace and parking place is in a quiet location in the lovely town of Vence near Nice. With lots of charm and character, it originally formed part of a farm building surrounded by terraces of olive and orange trees, many of which still stand today.
Approximately 46 sq metres in size and set on two levels, the house comprises a hallway, living room/kitchen, downstairs WC, an air-conditioned bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and small private terrace.
Within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and outdoor swimming pools, it would make a great place from which to base yourself whilst exploring Vence and the Alpes Maritimes region. The well-known village of St Paul-de-Vence is also nearby, along with other favorites like St Jeannet, Gattieres and Tourettes-sur-Loup.
It has a maximum occupancy of 3 and would be perfect for a couple or small family. Please note: the owner prefers not to accept babies or children under the age of 6 years here.
