Zoe's House is a house of 11 years, and always FRESH FRIENDLY (1 double bed 160 cm and one with a double bed and a single bed 1M30 (1 M) on the first floor and a room with bed in 1M40 DRC .The number of people not to exceed the 7 lovely days' and 5 persons from September to March

A main room FRIENDLY to drink, play food, games or TV that opens onto the kitchen and terrace where you can have lunch, play ping pong or just relax

2 toilet points allow HARMONY in everyday life, such as the sink in the garage for fishing returns, swimming as well as bicycle storage, washing machine, dryer ........ ..

This house terraced in a small subdivision and QUIET PLEASANT, with private parking for a certain PEACE

The ground floor provides all functions of daily living (kitchen, living room, sitting room with a bed of 1. 40 m terrace bathroom with toilet and garden from which the possibility of hosting a DISABLED PERSON ( to be confirmed after exchanges between the owner and the future tenant).

The first floor is used to host with its 2 bedrooms up to 5 people (2 adults 3 CHILDREN) sharing a bathroom toilet, lovely as spacious and bright.

Exposed to the west, the patio and terrace allow you to enjoy the evening until microclimate.

Private parking for one car, a bicycle storage secure their owners.

Très bon accueil, maison agréable et impeccable, bien équipée. Notre séjour a été très réussi. A noter des +: livres pour enfants, jeux de sociétés, revues et guides de l'Ile.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à l'île de Ré. Cette maison très plaisante et au calme présente tout le confort qu'on peut attendre pour passer d'agréables vacances. Les commerces à proximité s'avèrent également très pratiques. Une mention toute spéciale pour le charmant accueil de la propriétaire, disponible, à l'écoute de nos besoins, et avec laquelle on se sent rapidement dans une relation de confiance. Tout cela nous donne vraiment l'envie de revenir... Un grand merci!

Que dire, si ce n'est que nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans un calme absolu, loin de la foule et dans un espace à l'abri des regards grâce au petit jardin totalement clos et ombragé. La maison est très spacieuse, lumineuse et rien n'y manque pour les amateurs de cuisine et d'espace. Seul petit bémol peut-être, l'état vétuste et trop encombrant du canapé. La propriétaire est particulièrement sympathique, la confiance et le respect des locataires sont de grandes qualités. Merci pour ces supers vacances hélas trop courtes.

Ou merci Jocelyne :-) Nous avons passe d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison vaste, calme et claire, a 10 mn a velo du centre de St Martin...ou a peine plus de La Flotte (tres jolie balade le long de la mer). La maison est parfaitement equipee pour faciliter le sejour. Je prefere les petits commerces et les marches, mais la proximite immediate de 2 supermarches est surement un plus/pratique pour les familles. Tres bonne boulangerie aussi, toute proche. Nous avons particulierement apprecie l'accueil qui nous a ete reserve, les conseils bienveillants et la confiance de Jocelyne qui s'est vraiment souciee de rendre notre sejour sur l'ile agreable. Tres bon sejour a ceux qui suivrons :-)

Tres bonnes vacances a cote de St Martin. Nous avons particulierement apprecie l'accueil et la confiance de Zoe; la maison est calme, vaste et claire. Tres bien equipee, les vacances y sont faciles et confortables. Je prefere les petits commerces et les marches de St Martin et La Flotte mais pour une famille plus nombreuse la proximite immediate de 2 supermarches est surement un plus. Tres bonnes vacances a ceux qui suivrons dans la Maison de Zoe :-)

The city, St Martin de Ré, was listed as a UNESCO heritage through its historic past (wars and ramparts, prison, museum), but it is also a seaside resort certainly fashionable, but respectful of its visitors (bike paths, cultural and popular activities while respecting as much as possible the natural space that makes the charm of the island. (

The island is easily accessible thanks to the bridge that connects it to La Rochelle, itself accessible by trains and highways but also by air (Laleu airport 19 kms)

St Martin is located approximately in the middle of the island allowing many bike rides along the wind, and personal opportunities

My house is at the entrance of the city, outside the walls which means calm and easy shopping and access to the beach artificial 'of this fortified site.

It was built in 2004, has not been 'damaged' due to its status as second home to my family and offers 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs with bathroom and WC-1 on the ground floor with bathroom that could be suitable for disabled persons) and a large convivial room opening onto equipped with garden terrace, barbecue, table tennis ...
