A very modern, stylish flat located in the vibrant heart of London's iconic East End and only 20 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station. Refurbished to a high standard in neutral tones with bold splashes of colour, with solid oak flooring and stunning lighting features.

Set on the ground and first floors of a 4-storey building, the flat has it's own separate entrance. It has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and equipped with all modern conveniences and a fabulous home cinema system.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.

There are two other double bedrooms and a large single bedroom, all furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe and ample storage.

The flat is hospitable,conmfortable and clean. We stayed in London for 7 days and we were 9 people ( for 9 the flat is perfect)! Raquib is very kind and available!
I suggest to everyone this flat :)
Owner's Response: Daniela and her family and friends were perfect guests - warm, friendly and appreciative.
They liked the apartment, particularly the Home Cinema with projector, and appreciated being close to Brick Lane and to the tube and bus network.

Enjoyed staying in a residential area.
Lots of romm for the 9 adults for 11 days

Would recommend this place to our friends.
Owner's Response: Albin and his family were in London to attend the Paralympic Games, which was part of a magical summer for London.
They were lovely guests, warm and friendly. They really appreciated all the features and facilities in the property. They took good care of the flat and left it clean and tidy when they left.

Great Holiday in a great flat

We stayed in London for 9 days in this beautiful flat and everything was perfect. Even in a big group (we were 11 persons) the flat was big enough for everyone, the beds were comfortable, as well the bathrooms and the huge living room.
The host was very kind and showed us every bit of the apartment, including the entertainment system and all the beautiful lights of the apartment. The garden was a very nice addition too.

5/5 stars and if you're in London and are in need of a flat, trust me, this is worth it :)

Pleasant appartment in unpleasant surrounding

The owner was kind and professional; booking, deposit and return of deposit without any problems. The home interior is was as described in the offer. Stove microwave, dishwasher, heating and WLAN worked well. Beds were OK. The owner explained the vast home entertainment to us, but we didn't use it. Apart from some corners in one bathroom and the carpet on the stairs the flat was very clean. A minor issue was the hot water pressure which made it difficult to use both showers at the same time. There seems to be a pump which turns into action when water is used; this pump is a little noisy. We stayed here with 5 adults and 3 children. So far so good.
What was at first a really confounding to us was the location: the expectancies for a location in the London financial district didn't meet the real appearance at all! The outer part is in real need of renovations and a real contrast to the interior of the flat. The taxi driver who brought us there couldn't believe beeing at the right place and warned us "this is not a nice area". Another taxi driver some days later refused to accept a tip when he let us out ... The area really looks like it is in Google Streetview. Many of the inhabitants of this area are muslim, so You get to see deeply veiled women, what is a bit unexpected for a London tourist.
Nevertheless after some days we began to feel safe, reassured by the fact that the expensive home entertainment had stayed there for some time and that nearby a big BMW stayed undamaged. There clearly remains some work to be done to overcome the prejudice concerning this area, especially for the London citizens themselves! Transport to the London tower and city center are very good, even after midnight. Shopping facilities are nearby (approx. 300 m), we payed with credit card (without nasty surprises ...). To summarize: The flat is OK, but You'd rather expect a social worker than a banker in this area ...
Owner's Response: Andreas, Petra and their family were lovely guests. They were polite, courteous and friendly.
They took care of my flat and left it in good condition. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any other property owners and would be happy to host them when they next come to London.

Andreas was a little nervous at first because his taxi driver told him the area was not nice. I reassured him that the taxi driver was wrong and didn't know the area. The whole area has been improving rapidly over the last 30 years and is now highly desirable, both because of it's proximity to the financial district and because it's only 300m from trendy Brick Lane with it's arts scene and thriving night life.

The area is as safe as any area of London and is home to both families and young professionals. The extensive transport links and closeness to many popular destinations makes it an ideal base for tourists.
