A very modern, stylish flat located in the vibrant heart of London's iconic East End and only 20 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station. Refurbished to a high standard in neutral tones with bold splashes of colour, with solid oak flooring and stunning lighting features.

Set on the ground and first floors of a 4-storey building, the flat has it's own separate entrance. It has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and equipped with all modern conveniences and a fabulous home cinema system.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a foam chair bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a sprung chair bed.

Bedroom 3 is a large single room but is furnished with a double bed.

Bedroom 4 is equipped with a double+single bunk bed.

The lounge is smart and spacious with a large sofa bed and a home cinema system with built-in projector, surround sound, Sony PS3 and an online library of several thousand films, great for keeping the kids entertained or for a quiet night in after a hard day hitting the tourist trail.

Excellent apartment, only surpassed by the host

Our stay at Raquib's apartment was perfect. It is ideally located for anyone wishing to experience what is an upcoming area. It is beautifully presented and makes the most of the space available. Unlike so many other apartments, a great deal of thought has been put into the guests' experience as everything is catered for. The projector is a great idea and we loved watching films on it after our meal. It is just 5 minutes walk from the high street and the Sunday morning market was excellent.
However, the highlight was undoubtedly the host. Raquib was extremely flexible and gives a great welcome talk to help you maximize your stay. He is very contactable and dealt with the repayment of the deposit efficiently. I could not see myself staying anywhere else in the area, such was the great experience our group had.

Owner's Response: Nick and his friends are warm, charming and polite and it was a pleasure to meet them and host them in my apartment.
Nick is a real gentleman, thoroughly decent and completely trustworthy. From communications before booking to check out, Nick made everything straightforward and easy.
Nick and his friends cared for my property as though it was their own and took the time to clean up after themselves, even though I told them it was unnecessary. They respected the peace and privacy of my neighbours, which is important to me.
I have had many wonderful guests staying in my apartments but Nick really stands out for his decency and consideration. I have no hesitation in recommending him to other hosts and hope that he will return to my apartment when he next comes to London.

Fenomenal apartamento para visitar Londres

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Raquib fue estupenda. Él es un gran anfitrión y nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedimos, nos facilitó el traslado desde el aeropuerto tanto a la ida como a la vuelta, y cumplió todas las peticiones que le hicimos. El apartamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien situado, en un barrio estupendo, a 5 minutos andando de Brick Lane donde encuentras muchos restaurantes, bares y vida social y cultural. Está muy bien comunicado y muy céntrico. Dispone de todo lo necesario en cocina y demás habitaciones y está muy agradable decorado. Es muy tranquilo, por la noche se descansa de maravilla, no se oye ni un ruido. La limpieza es buena y el sistema de proyector del salón está muy bien, sobre todo si vas con niños. Fuimos 11 personas, tres familias, y pasamos unos días estupendos, si vuelvo a Londres no dudaré en llamar a Raquib, una estupenda experiencia. Raquib nos proporcionó mucha información sobre Londres y Breck Lane, nos facilitó mucho nuestra estancia. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Owner's Response: Merche and her family and friends were delightful, charming and friendly guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and host them in my flat. They were excited about their trip to London and enthusiastic about the flat. The children especially loved the Home Cinema system with projector and online film library.
They respected my flat and took good care of it. They also tidied and cleaned up after themselves, leaving the flat in good condition.
I could not be more happy with my experience with Merche and her family and friends and I really enjoyed meeting them and chatting to them. I am pleased to recommend them as guests and would be delighted to host them when they next come to London.

Convenience and space

This was the last leg of our stay in the United Kingdom prior to our flight back home to Canada again on the Friday morning. We had been looking merely for a place to kick back our feet and relax. Mr Raquib was so pleasant and heart warming, his optimism and enthusiasm very contagious, making his welcome fit our hearts' needs at the end of what had been a long journey to date.

When we first arrived, we were so very tired but after a short rest took a walk through the neighbourhood to find ourselves a lovely supper at a nearby restaurant (an exquisite and quaint little Asian place that I wish I could remember the name of). The location of the flat turned out to be quite ideal, a short walk for shopping and just a bit longer walk (but still reasonable) for the tube station.

There were 6 of us, ranging in age from 15 to 71. The flat was ideal and clean and comfortable to accommodate all of our sleeping arrangements. Though we weren't there long enough to really prepare our own meals except for our breakfasts, Mr. Raquib had ever so kindly had the apartment equipped with the amenities ready that we'd have required should we have been preparing more meals.

There are many families that I feel would find this space precisely what they required to accommodate a larger group in a location that has every day needs within an ideal walking distance. Certainly I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Raquib's inviting personality.

A flat near everything

we spent 5 days in London in 8 people. we arrived out of the scheduled check-in hour and Mr. Raquib was at our disposal. Just arrived he proudly spent about some minutes to explain all technical equipments of the very nice maisonnette. He left a welcome kit in the fridge, this house is very near to everything: bus stop, underground, supermarket, pharmacy and above all in a very silent street. neighbours too are very quite. The only complain is for cleaning, We would have appreciated a much more tidy and clean kitchen but in general we enjoyed stay there.

Very central and comfortable flat!

"We´ve stayed in this flat for a weekend trip in London and it was quite enjoyable. Raquid welcomed us warm and friendly. He was always exerted to give us a comfortable time as much as possible. He was always there for help and special tips. The flat was clean and well equipped with multimedia devices. Especially for a big group the living room was very nice to stay together watching some movies or cooking together. It took us just little time to be in the much known "Brick Lane", which was a very nice place to discover all the artist, galleries, vintage shops and markets.
Also a supermarket was quite near at the flat. Also with the tube we´ve been in 10 minutes at the center in "Liverpool Street". I can really recommend this hosting and hope that other guest will have the same chance enjoying london at this place!"

Owner's Response: Saba lead a group of 15 young adults on their first visit to London.

They were lovely guests, warm, friendly and appreciative. Although they were a lively group and quite young, they respected both the flat and my neighbours. At the end of their stay they cleared up after themselves and left the flat in a good condition.

It was a pleasure to meet Saba and her friends and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any host. I would be more than happy to have them in my flat when they're next in London.

Long weekend stay in May.

Very happy with Raquib's apartment, most notably for his friendly and attentive manner. He took great time to explain how everything worked and also the local area. Additionally, Raquib was very understanding of our arrival time in to London which was early in the morning and happily agreed to allow us early entry. Moreover, he was equally flexible on our departure.

There have been some comments made about the area. Please do not let this put you off, of course it is in East London, but Hereford St is quiet enough and really, there is nothing to worry about.

Would I stay again? Yes, without shadow of a doubt! In fact, Raquib informed me he has a few other rental properties, and due to his extremely likeable nature I would certainly use him again!

Owner's Response: Mark and his extended family stayed in my apartment on a short break in London. He is a friendly, considerate and thoroughly decent guy. He has a really exciting job but is very modest about it. We had a good long chat when he and his brother-in-law checked in and I took a liking to him straight away.

Mark and his family took good care of my flat during their stay and respected the quiet privacy of my neighbours. In fact I spoke with one of my neighbours after my guests checked out and he spoke highly of them. They left my apartment neat and tidy.

I could not ask for better guests and have no hesitation in recommending Mark to other hosts. I hope to see him on his next trip to London.
