The house has hree double bedrooms, one with twin beds 2 with double beds. ceiling fans, plenty of wardrobe space and hairdryers supplied. The best location for a relaxing holiday, as you can stroll leisurely in the evenings to bars, and restaurants, or just view the ocean in the moonlight. Perfect for those who love the sea on the doorstep rather than the use of a swimming pool. Why not vist in Septemebr during fiesta time when it is not too hot and make use of the new airport in Castellon?
Very peaceful location less than a minute's walk to the sea and only a few minutes walk to nearest sandy beach. Perfect for a run/walk before breakfast.

2 golf courses within 30-40 mins drive. Club Panoramica an excellent 18 hole Bernhard Langer designed course in Vinaros with a large driving range. Four EEC blue flag beautiful sandy beaches nearby- all child friendly. Less than 5 min walk to nearest .
Alcossebre has a newly constructed palm fringed boardwalk which takes you along the beaches - variety of bars and restaurants to stop on way.
Less than 10 min walk to Las Fuentas beach and marina. Las Fuentas lighthouse walk takes you along rosemary and wild flower paths past small bays on this untouched beautiful peninsula walk.
Romana beach 5 min drive. Torrenostra beach 10 min drive. Easy parking available.
Two large supermarkets and two smaller ones within walking distance.
Several small bakeries nearby.- Shop opening hours are normally Mon/Sat 10am-1.30 pm then 5.30 pm till 8.30/9 pm. Sunday some close in the afternoons.

Alcossebre has approx. 30 restaurants with Spanish/French/Italian/Chinese and English foods.
New bowling club on outskirts of Alcossebre. Tennis club in Las Fuentas with courts for hire. Pedallos, canoes, sailing boats, beach chairs, parasols, all availble for hire at local beach. Bicycles and pedal cars for hire at Las Fuentas beach. Good easy roads for cycling both inland and coastal.
Guided walks usually available except July/August when it is too hot.(ask at tourist office)
Morella a beautiful medieval walled town well worth a visit by car. Nearby Alcala is a quaint town with a newly restored bell tower and impressive church. It holds a weekly market and can be reached by local bus from Alcossebre.
Peniscola with walled castle, cobbled streets, many small restaurants and attractive beach, 20 min by car.
Benicassim Aquarama water park, 20 min by car, also go-karting here.
Universal Studio's Port Aventure, one of Europe's biggest theme parks 1 hrs drive away.
English speaking tourist bureau situated at local beach front.- A file of pamphlets and suggestions will be found on coffee table in lounge.

Superbly situated in a beautiful Spanish resort. This is not an ordinary holiday let but my own holiday home. I spend at least 4 months each year here.
Proximity to all amenities without having to use the car. Wonderful view from roof-top patio. Very private for yoga etc., or to take a glass of wine when the sun sets.
We spent fantastic holidays in your nice house at Alcossebre with our children. The weather was hot on the afternoon but it was very nice from the morning to the night, very different to our home weather. Our children enjoyed swimming, to practice body surf or to make sand castle. Our teenagers enjoyed too to go out on the evening, the house is perfectly situated. The market of the tuesday morning is very funny with the local producers, clothes ....
We visited Peniscola (We found a very good restaurant to taste the zarzuela and the paella dishes), Vinaros, Benicarlo and Valencia also, but the children were prefered to go to the beach of course.

Me and my family had a wanderful stay in this house in Alocossebre. It was clean and well maintained.The location was great. It is near two beaches. We frequented the local beach every day. The house is close to all amenties.There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and supermarkets. The resort is very Spanish.The Spanish have holiday homes there. The resort is lively, but not too busy. The resort is very friendly. There was plenty of space on the beach and in the restaurants. We went to a picturesque restaurant at El Pina on our lastnight. You can see a beautiful view of the resort from up there.
I am hoping to visit this house again. It was a real home from home.
I won the stay at this house through a Prima magazine competition. Homeaway are a very helpful company and the owner was very accomadating.
We were met by the key holder, who was very welcoming. She gave us some good local knowledge. I would recommend this property to anyone one wishing for a relaxing holiday. It is close to all the amenities, but it is in a quiet street.
The roof top balcony is lovely.
Valencia is beautiful place to visit too.

Very nice house with view to mountains and sea. Our family felt home from first moment. We can highly recommend the house if you like a quite vacation in a nice village. The assistence before our vacation and at arrival was excellent. The kitchen is good equipped and the kids loved to use the beach boards. Highlight for us was the patio, where we spend most of the time when back from beach.

Non loin de la ville, des différentes activités et surtout de la plage. C'est une très bonne adresse pour passer de super vacances en famille et au soleil. Nous y reviendrons très certainement ! ...
When we arrived, I was a little bit sceptical, because the house is located in the middle of the town, but it is realy very quiet. We stayed three weeks there with our three teenage child. The beach is very near. Even in July you will find lonesome tracks for riding and hiking in the natrual park.
The house is well equiped. Bed´s are a little bit short, if your are so long linke me nearly 2 m), but there is enough space on the top terrase or the living room.
You should use the jeep track near the coast and look for the small lonly swimming places.

This is the ideal house for those who wish to have the sea almost on the doorstep as opposed to a private swimming pool. If you enjoy a walk/run before breakfast or don't want to worry about parking/drink driving in the evening then this could be th rental house for you.
You will see different spellings of Alcossebre viz Alcoceber, Alcocebre, on sign posts. It is a charming little Spanish coastal town situated between Valencia and Barcelona on the Costa del Azahar or Orange Blossom Coast, as it is known locally.
There are no charter flights to this area, few high rises and it is relatively unspoilt by tourism.
Surrounded by areas of natural beauty Alcossebre is perfect for a laid back holiday, for enjoying sports such as golf, wind surfing, canoeing and scuba diving, or for enjoying the coastline and countryside, hiking and cycling.
There are three beautiful sandy beaches within easy reach, two by foot, and a marina with lots of bars and restaurants. It is a very family orientated resort and popular with families from Barcelona and Madrid.
There is an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, all within easy walking distance of the house. There are several cash dispensers, banks and English speaking GP's, a dentist and a large pharmacy.
Between the headlands of Marcolia and Capi-corp - a distance of only seven miles, there are a dozen bays, many outcrops forming rocky pools that are a haven for small children, and gentle shelving golden sands, which even in high summer, are never overcrowded and offer safe bathing for all ages.
Inland is another magical world and is easily accessible. Within a short drive you can be up in the mountains looking back down at the coastline. Morella, a fortified castle, is well worth a visit, not to mention numerous other hill-topped villages scattered all around.
