Once entered, to the right, you will find yourself on a corridor from witch you have access to the sleeping area:
- One double bedroom with one matrimonial bed (Queen size) with en-suite bathroom and safe. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and tub and a hairdryer.
- One double bedroom with one matrimonial bed (King size) with en-suite bathroom and safe. The bedroom has a window with a view of the sea. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
- One double bedroom with one matrimonial bed (Queen size) with safe. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
- One single bedroom with one French bed with safe. On request, the room has another pull-out single bed. The bedroom has a window with a view of the sea. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
- One bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
From the main entrance, to the left, you will find the internal staircase (about 15 stairs) that leads to the intermediate level where you will find the living area: one large living room equipped with elegant and bright furnishings. They include armchairs and divans, tables, PC with WI-FI connection, TV SKY, DVD; another living room with divan, armchairs and fireplace; the lunch area with table and chairs for ten people. All with a splendid view of the sea and the Gulf. From the living room you will be able to enter the 80 square meters terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The terrace is equipped with wrought iron table and chairs, partially covered with a pergola with a bamboo ruth.
From the lunch area you will be able to enter another terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The terrace is equipped with a tiled table and wrought iron chairs for 10 people, covered with a pergola of screw shafts.
You can reach the kitchen from the lunch area. The kitchen is covered in majolica from Vietri and is equipped with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, toast, microwave, electric oven and a six-burner gas cooker. From the kitchen you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. From this terrace, to the left, you will find the laundry room equipped with washing machine, drying, iron and ironing board.
Near the laundry room there is a small dependance with a small single room with one single bed and one bathroom with shower, available ON REUQEST.
Always from this terrace, down about seventeen stairs, you will reach another big terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, equipped with table and chairs and covered by a pergola.
From this terrace you will have access to the lover level of the villa:
- One double bedroom with two single beds. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.
- One double bedroom with two single beds. The bedroom has a window with a view of the sea.
- One bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and tub.
You can access the lover level even from the main entrance down about thirty stairs.
Finally, from the lover floor, down about 20 stairs you will reach the most beautiful part of the villa: a huge terrace(with view on the sea) equipped with table and chairs, armchairs, the bar area with a lavabo, refrigerator and a two-burner gas cooker. You will also find one bathroom with shower.
The garden and the terraces are 3000 square meters large. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea.
The swimming pool overlooking the sea is 5 meters large by 12 meters long, from 1.10 meter to 1.60 meters deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the sea. It is open from 12 April until 26 October.
