The apartment is on the second floor. There are stairs or the lift. Once in the apartment there are six steps leading from the hallway. The apartment does not have sea views - but from the communal balcony there are spectacular views across Fistral Beach. The apartment has secure gated underground parking for one car. There is also street parking when available. Sorry but no pets - the apartment is brand new for 2012. Ideal for couples or two adults and one or two young children. GUEST REVIEW - date stayed: January 2012 'We wanted to get away for a weekend, to stay somewhere with a little style, take time to enjoy the beautiful scenic beaches and relax. This apartment really forfilled this, bringing a feel of modern elegance, and well placed with a miriade of beautiful coastal footpaths and beaches on the doorstep.
