Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom villa fully self contained and furnished to a high standard.

This stunning villa boasts air conditioning and central heating, a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher. Washing machine in laundry room. Set in a very peaceful location this glorious villa offers panoramic views and beautiful landscaped gardens.There is an enclosed Webber BBQ house and a covered area for al fresco dining, all creating a very romantic setting. The dining room/lounge opens out onto the swimming pool area, where there is an outside shower and sun loungers, the pool is 10m x 5m. Secure automatic gates and intercom with additional entry alarm.

In addition to air conditioning there are ceiling fans, satellite TV including all SKY channels and SKY sports, WI-FI connection, DVD player and music centre, plus TV/DVD in twin bedded room.

Within walking distance of pretty El Portet unspoilt beach, perfectly safe bathing for children, with a fabulous Spanish restaurant superb for traditional Paella and Sangria!! Two minute drive and you're in Moraira town with its supermarkets, boutiques, deli's, ice cream parlours and fantastic restaurants. Fridays are a must for the local market with its incredible fresh produce, in addition every evening there is a well run child's funfair. Twenty minutes drive to buzzing Javea with its spectacular beach and large promenade full of family dining. Calpe is also a twenty minute drive again full of shops and superb beaches.

Excellent holiday. Everything was provided for in the villa. Breakfasts and barbeques al fresco and plenty of room for everyone. Situated at the top of a hill in a lovely quiet area just behind El Portet/Moraira (no sea view). Not overlooked by other villas - nicely secluded with garden plants etc. Supermarket 3 mins in the car down the hill. Plenty of good restuarants in Moraira (the Japanese was terrific) and surrounding area. Thoroughly recommended - could not fault it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

A Fantastic Villa in a great location

This was our second visit to the villa, which has every facility you need for a great holiday. The Villa is spotless throughout. The pool and gardens are really well maintained with regular visits from both the pool man and gardner who were really friendly and a great source for local information. The free Wi-Fi and full Sky package are a bonus too.The Villa is in a superb location giving you the best of both worlds peace & tranquility for relaxing around the pool yet just a 15 minute walk into Moraira and an even shorter walk to El-Portet and its beach and Bars. If you haven't visited the area it's a must you wont be dissapointed visit Mario's Bar is right on the sea front with really friendly staff, try visit Terrevina Tapas Bar in the centre for a great selection of tasty tapas and the Olive Tree Restuarant for a great value meal.

A lovely villa --highly recommended

the directions to the Villa were excelent, when we arrived we were shown all round by Dominique, who is very, very helpful, she could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. The Villa itself was spotlessly clean, very well laid out, and very well equiped, everything flowed perfectly. the garden and pool are not overlooked by any other villas, it was so nice to just lay and sunbathe. It was very reasuring to us to be able to park our car securely behind electric gates. It is about an 8 minute walk down to El Portet, we walked down there regularly for lunch, or drinks, such a lovely place, the beach there is perfect for children, not too big so Mum and Dad can keep an eye on them quite easily. This is a beautiful Villa and we will certainly recommend it to friends, and of course hopefully go there again ourselves. Two very satisfied holiday makers.

The directions to the Villa were very detailed and the Villa is exceptionally clean and well equipped and cared for.
The beds were comfortable and it was lovely to have air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The pool and naya were used a lot as we had beautiful weather.
Watching the sun rise from the terrace every morning was a bonus and sitting along the sea front at sunset having a cool drink is a must.
This is one of the best Villa's we have stayed in and we would have booked again but the dates we wanted had been snapped up !!
Thank you for sharing your villa.
We would thoroughly recommend it.

We have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in Moraira. The Villa provided excellent accommodation and was spotlessly clean. The view from the outdoor eating area was lovely and we found the position perfect for walking to El Portet, onto Moraira for coffee at the harbour and then back through Moraira town to the Villa.
We would happily recommend this modern and spacious villa to our friends.
