This beautiful rental is set over three levels, situated in the Pedregalejo neighbourhood, just four kilometres from Malaga city centre. Pedregalejo offers a great selection of restaurants, bars and the beach is just on your doorstep.

The ground floor comprises: lovely, large living room with dining table, sofa, recliner and flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and small bath. The first floor comprises: large, beautiful bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and study area with views to the sea, further bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, bathroom with shower. The second floor features a lovely bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and bathroom with shower. There is access from the bedroom to a beautiful terrace with dining table and chairs. The terrace offers splendid views across the beach and sea, there is room to sunbath or just enjoy the sunset.

The apartment features free Internet, air conditioning, parking and electric radiators in all rooms.

We had a wonderful time in Malage and the house was just perfect.

All arrangements went according to plan and we couldn't have been happier with the service.

The house was in a fabulous location right next to the beach and close to lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

The updated decor was lovely and the house much more spacious than I thought it would be. Having 3 bathrooms was a real bonus. The rooftop terrace was spectacular.

Perfect beach front location with much personality

Having returned to Pedregalejo after some 25 yrs, we found this great beach front house, owned by lovely Carmen and her family. Besides the unique sun terrace, we did in fact enjoy the top condition of this comfortable and cosy house and its tasteful furnishings. the location couldn't be better: seafront, close to all the small, typical fish restaurants, but still very quiet and just a few minutes by bus to downtown Málaga. A perfect home for a looong city break in relaxed beach atmosphere!!!

Beautiful House with Amazing Terrace

My mother, stepfather, husband, 1 year old, and I stayed in this amazing apartment for 1 week. Our flight arrived early in the morning, but were able to check in right away. The drive from the airport was about 20 minutes. We met the owner outside of the parking garage which is a short walk to the apartment. The owner walked us around the house and we felt comfortable contacting them if we needed anything.

The location of the apartment is perfect. A nice grocery store is located next door to the parking garage. Opening the shutters in the morning to the rising sun and the ocean in the background cannot be beat. Many bars and restaurants are right outside the front door along the boardwalk. Most restaurants did not open until around 8 p.m. for dinner though which didn't work for our 1 year old, but we just cooked in the apartment's kitchen. A bicycle rental shop is near the parking garage, and we rented bikes for a few days and rode to Malaga along the ocean. Malaga is a short drive or bus ride away.

The inside of the apartment is more spacious than you would think looking at the front of the building (except the kitchen is quite small, but it has everything you need). The 2 main bedrooms were very large, and the 3rd bedroom that we used for our baby was perfect. The top room with the terrace does not have a door, but this was not a problem for us at all. Everything else was as pictured.

We will stay at this house again if we ever go back to Malaga.

Special place on the beach in Malaga

We stayed in this beautiful, cozy villa on the beach at Pedregalejo for two months in the winter of 2013. Everything was perfect! The house is sweet, very well furnished and very clean. The kitchen appeared new. The location couldn't have been better. In two months, we had no problems whatsoever. We hope to return to this beautiful location and defintely want to stay in the same rental house.

Great spot

We had a great short break in this very pleasant house. The narrow but anyway spacy and cosy house at pole position at the sea side was really well equipped and modern furnished. Very clean with 3 bathrooms. The roof terrace was excellent, surely by the breathtaking view while watching all the runners and walkers who passed by.
Easy to travel to Malaga center by bus 11 (33/34), and nicely away from the touristic crowds.

Sorry nothing to recommend

  • 3 out of 5
- Delivery of keys, explanation of WIFI Code, garage etc. worked out fine, on time !
- Notification of losses, like dirty fridge, blocked icemaker, broken bicycle (flat tires, defective chain) was promised to be fixed by Carmen’s son, nothing happended all week !
- In 2 rooms there were still underware in the drawers from guests before
- We had uninvited roommates in the form of cockroaches
- All furnitures were dingy, grubby, tatty just not inviting
- We did mostly like the area, restaurants are good, food excellent, staff friendly,
- Cleanliness on the streets is rather poor, nobody cleans the dogs business in the middle of the street, very aggravating
- I would rather not recommend this place to a friend

Malaga is located on the Costa del Sol in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia. The city has a rich cultural heritage, dating back to 800BC, over the centuries it has been occupied by the Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans and Moors. Since tourism came to the Malaga region, most foreign visitors have literally stepped off the plane at Malaga and headed directly for one of the seaside resorts along the Costa del Sol, but this is changing; in recent years Malaga has an undergone a rehabilitation program that has restored many of its cultural attractions and monuments to their former glory, firmly putting Malaga back on the tourist map.

The city of Malaga perfectly combines culture, history, beach, cuisine and night-life. The city is the birthplace of Picasso and his mark is etched on the city; visit the Picasso Museum, or the House of Picasso, where you can learn more about the maestro himself and enjoy his works of art. Malaga also has a strong Moorish influence and there are many monuments and buildings, including the Alcazaba Fortress and Gibralfaro Castle. If you want to savour the best cuisine of southern Spain, then we recommend Malaga City, where the best tapas and seafood restaurants on the coast can be found, what’s more you will be eating with the locals, not with other tourists.

Malaga beach, or La Malagueta, is a beautiful stretch of golden sand, backed by a clean promenade and some lovely chiringuitos (beach bars). One of the best things about Malaga is the size; you can easily get around by foot, but you also have the luxury of being able to catch the bus, train, or tourist bus in the city.
