Outside the village of Les Praz, close to the train station and bus stops, 5 min by car from Chamonix, 5 min walk from La Flégère cable car, from the 18 hole golf course, from hiking paths and from the cross-country skiing path, fantastic views over the Drus, the Mont-Blanc, the Aiguilles Rouges.

70sqm apartment, ideal for a family up to 5 persons.

In the 1st floor of the chalet, with separate access by outdoor staircase.

Including: furnished entrance, bright and comfortable living room, TV and Internet access.

Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).

2 bedrooms: one with double bed, one with two bunk beds and a single bed.

2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, and one with shower - separate wc with wash basins.

Individual electric heating, and double glazing.

Ski storage, and parking.

Second 60sq.m apartment in ground floor.
