Ground floor comprises kitchen with fitted units,electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all usual equipment. Living room with 3 sofas with tiled top coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player ,dining table and 8 chairs, with double doors to rear garden patio and further dining table and 6 wooden chairs.

First floor comprises large master bedroom with king size bed,dressing table, sofa and double doors to balcony, en suite wet room with walk-in-shower, basin and WC. Family bathroom with bath, basin and WC, 2 further bedrooms one with double bed and other with twin beds.

Stairs up to large roof terrace with views to the beach and the La conch mountain range Facilities include barbecue, table and chairs and sun loungers.

Location: The property is approximately 150 metres walk to the beautiful Golden Mile beaches, with its many bars and restaurants including the famous Trocadero bar and restaurant. In the other direction you will find many restaurants including the Dabruno, Polohouse and VillaTiberio.

In addition their is the Supersol and Lidl supermarkets. The centre of Marbella with its many shops, restaurants and attractions such as the Orange Sqaure cab be walked to in approximately 20/30 minutes in one direction and to Peurto Banus with its Marina, shops and restaurants in approximately 60 minutes, both alongside the beach and sea.
