This third floor unit comprises of a modern designed layout with top quality furniture and comforts, consisting of an open plan with a fully equipped branded kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave oven and all utilities, combined with a spacious dining and living area featuring leather sofa, air conditioner, LCD TV, free Internet connection with wifi, and a back terrace. A utility room with an automatic washing machine, a good size bathroom supplied with a 100lts water heater and good water pressure, a spare double bedroom with two single beds (air-conditioned) and a master bedroom with en-suite shower (air-conditioned)-

This property has a south-facing bacony (with outdoor furniture) and is equipped with double glazing apertures, security door and fire safety equipment and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

The location of this apartment block is ideal and easily accessible. It is situated just off the main entertainment area but still very close (about 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by bus). Walking during the night is very safe and buses are frequent.

The area is a safe and tranquil residential area surrounded by all mayor day to day amenities close by and within walking distance such as banks, grocers, pharmacies, butcher, gym, tennis court, hairdressers, beauticians, restaurants and bus stops.

The block itself is modern and very comfortable and it has an elevator. It’s family owned and well taken care of with regular maintenance. Excellent customer service is our priority.

Parking is freely available on the street.

On the island you will find various activities for all likings, from scuba diving, golf, snorkeling, sports, museums, churches, jeep safaris, excursions, feasts, art and music and also relaxing spas, restaurants, bar and clubs.

Spatious and confortable

We have stayed for 7 days in this beautifully decorated apartment. It looks just as it is depicted in photos, really spacious, comfortable and sunny. The kitchen was the highlight of the apartment, having everything I needed, which is not always (better say really) the case when renting apartments. It is situated in a very quite area, 2 lines of local buses are near by, great supermarket also. Claudia, our contact, was extremely helpful. She has provided all the necessary information, did the booking of a restaurant for us, provided us with lists of restaurants/shops that were working for Christmas... So I can just recommend this apartment to any one who likes to visit Malta in any time of the year, the ratio price-performance is just so much better than many hotels!

A beautiful home away from home!

This was our first trip to Malta and this apartment made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was exactly as described and the neighborhood was quiet (considering its proximity to Paceville). Clean and well-maintained it was a pleasure to return to each night after full days of exploring the islands in the July heat.
A big plus for us was that it's located just blocks from two major bus routes which gave us a lot of flexibility to either take the express buses out to the beaches on the north side and ferries to Gozo or to catch the buses to Valetta, Sliema or any points south.
The market is literally around corner which made food shopping even easier and it's less than a mile walk into Paceville and some amazing restaurants.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, safe home away from home.

Wonderful Stay, Wonderful Country

I loved the property from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I was also given an extremely friendly welcome by the owner. The property was maintained to a terrific standard. It felt extremely spacious; the wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and air-conditioning worked exceptionally well; the shower was powerful; it was impeccably clean throughout and the owner even provided me with fresh linen and towels each week. It was also equipped with modern furniture, bathrooms and a modern kitchen.

The location is also extremely hard to beat; everything you need in terms of food, drink and supplies is literally just around the corner. The street parallel has a butcher, a baker, a fruit and vegetable store, a shop for essentials and a stationery shop. There are also two supermarkets located nearby which are well within walking distance. If you wish to use public transport, there are also bus stops within a few minutes walking distance. I hope to return to Malta for a holiday again and if I were to return I would definitely seek to stay in this property again. I could not recommend it highly enough to my friends and family when I returned to Scotland. The price was also exceptional, especially given the cost of renting other properties I had enquired about. A wonderful place to stay!

Holiday in Malta

The flat is really nice and fully furnished. We spend a really good moment in it and the neighborhood is really nice and quiet. There is a lot of shop around the flat and there are nice walk to do. We could enjoy our breakfast every morning on the balcony. Well done !!!

Great country, great apartment.

Holidaying in Malta from Australia, had a fantastic time made all the better with a hassel free stay at the Olive apartments. Maurizio, Claudia and family were all very helpful and if anything came up very understanding, apartment was very modern, neat and clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Position is great, walking distance to Paceville and close to major roads for transport and close to local shops. Overall I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Malta for a holiday.

Modern apartment and handy location.

For my 1 week holiday in Malta we researched online a number of places and ended up going to this one, and I'm glad we did!

My wife and 2 children (4y and 18 months) found this apartment to be comfortable, private and had all the facilities (kitchen etc) that we needed. Free WIFI as well was included which was great.

Location was handy - there were supermarkets near by and I could walk to St Julians beach for a stroll early in the morning. We had a car and parking was easy.

For me, best part of the place is the modern appearance and inclusions for the price, when compared to a hotel (half price or less !)

Only possible gripe, limited amount of electricity & water was included in the bill and whilst I didn't think we used too much, we did go over according to the meter. Not a major gripe as the cost was not that high but landlord might consider giving families a slightly higher included amount.

All in all - great place where I will choose to stay again next time when I visit Malta.

Located just 1.2km or a short walking distance of just under 15min from the main entertaining and business hub of St Julian's, Paceville and Portomaso where one can easily find swimming areas, international restaurants, casinos, clubs and spas to mention a few.

The town of Swieqi, a tranquil residential area, with a excellent neighbourhood. This part of the island is perfectly located for those who would like to enjoy themselves but at the same time return to a peaceful environment which is not too far or out of the way. Swieqi caters for all the daily needs and can easily be reached by walk such as grocers, butcher, fishmonger, stationeries, DVD shop, playing fields, tennis courts, church, banks, petrol station and much more. Access to other town around the island is very easy bus stops are near by and ATM machines are available as well. With regards to security Malta in general is very safe and this area is one of the safest, walking at any time of the day and night is possible.
