Beautiful 2 bedroom Apartment overlooking the Historic Royal Mile

This impressive second floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a gorgeous apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols......

The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.

The master bedroom with queen-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second twin bedroom has two single beds and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.

A main bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a queen-size bed in bedroom 1 and two single beds in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. Vibrant apartment in vibrant area

We loved staying here. Apartment was easy to book with quick emails. It was also easy to find after we took an airport link bus into town and only took 15 minutes (uphill) to walk to.
We collected the keys from the cafe under the apartment. The apartment is modern and fitted our family of 5 with us in the main room and the 3 kids in their own room. The kitchen was great and we made all our meals there. We were right above Royal Mile where all the street performers were, very vibrant and very loud. We enjoyed this though as the teens ran down and watched when a show was on and they could wander out and look at the shops along the mile. The small supermarket was only 5 minutes walk away, coffee 10 seconds walk and all sorts of pubs and cafes within a minute We walked up to the castle (10 mins) and we had booked a Mercat tour that had its meeting point right outside the apartment. So easy!

El apartamento de Shahid es perfecto para pasar unos días en la bellísima ciudad de Edinburgo.
Está excelentemente ubicado a dos cuadras del Palacio de la Reina, es cómodo, perfectamente equipado y muy limpio.
Sumamente recomendable para alojarse 4 personas.

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of the High Street. We enjoyed watching the street performers from the lounge windows and you are so far above the crowds that the noise of the street below is not an issue. You certainly feel that you are in the thick of things and I liked the views down the old closes from the kitchen windows. The welcome call from Shahid was nice just to check every thing was ok. The apartment is up quite a few flights of stairs but they are shallow and they didn't cause us a problem. We will certainly be returning. Thank you.

My two daughters, my mother-in-law, my wife and I stayed in this amazing apartment last month. It was extremely comfortable. Everything written in the description of the house was there, all the facilities described, and more. The apartment couldn't be located in a better place! It is near ALL the main attractions of Edinburgh, right in the heart of the Royal Mile.
And something remarkable was the availability of the owner, always willing to help and solve any problem that could come up.
If we ever go back to Edinburgh we will rent this flat, there's no doubt about it!
