Beautiful 2 bedroom Apartment overlooking the Historic Royal Mile

This impressive second floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a gorgeous apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols......

The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.

The master bedroom with queen-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second twin bedroom has two single beds and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.

A main bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a queen-size bed in bedroom 1 and two single beds in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

You can take advantage in hiring a chauffeured drive to the apartment from Edinburgh Airport, if you wish. Please enquire cost when booking.

Beautiful Space - Well Recommended

Set directly across from St Giles Cathedral, this apartment mixes comfort with homeliness. A well equipped kitchen easily accommodates a party of 5, though there are plenty of well-priced restaurants along the Royal Mile. The living room really is as wonderful as it looks in the pictures, my company and I hosted some clients there and they were suitably impressed! We used the apartment as an office space whilst attending a conference (the EICC is only a 10 minute drive) so didn’t manage to enjoy any tourist activities but I was reliably informed by a client that it is the perfect place to stay (irritatingly!) Shahid really is a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to any enquires.

After staying in some hotels within the city, I couldn’t recommend renting this space more highly.

Unfortunately, due to a mix up about the reservation days, we were not able to stay in this apartment. However, Rashid was extremely helpful (above and beyond expectation) in finding us another apartment in the same building. It is a great location and will definitely book this one the next time in Edinburgh.

Spacious and central

The apartment is accurately represented by the photos and the location is fantastic for a first time visit to Edinburgh being right in the middle of the Royal Mile. The apartment was clean and Shahid provided very prompt and friendly service via email. We rent self-catering because we are serious about cooking for ourselves the majority of the time. I do think that the kitchen equipment needs to be updated and added to, especially at least one sharp knife and a good chopping board. In addition, if there are 4 adults sharing the apartment there needs to be larger towels provided for the single bed room. Only the double room had good sized towels.

We visited the castle and spent most of a day there. We climbed Arthur's seat and Calton Hill (great coffee at the little courtyard cafe on Calton Hill). We ate one night at the Whiski Bar and then returned every night for a pint and to listen to the music. Our last day we had lunch at Petite Paris in Grassmarket - highly recommended. The coffee shop downstairs in the apartment building also makes good coffee and has lovely fresh pastries.

Overall I would recommend the property to friends and in fact have already done so.

Perfect location, very relaxing

Easy walk from train station, and to all major tourist attractions. Lovely, spacious, high ceilinged rooms, comfortable beds and bath. Coffee shop on ground floor, many restaurants nearby. Owner very accommodating. Would rent again if ever in Edinburgh. Thanks!
