This impressive third floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a lovely apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols.

The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.

The master bedroom with super king-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has one double and one single bed and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.

A main bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a super king-size bed in bedroom 1 and two beds (double and single) in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

If you require a taxi (cab) from Edinburgh Airport to the Apartment, the cost is £35 for up to 4 passengers from the airport pick up zone. If you wish a meet & greet inside the terminal, there is an additional £5 cost.

Hale Term Break to Edinburgh

Amazing apartment and perfect for our family break to Edinburgh. The weather was not so great but we were able to periodically pop back to the apartment and dry off before heading out again!

Great location, lovely flat

We stayed at the Parliament Square flat during the Fringe - Fabulous location!! Great communication from Shahid, providing clear check-in instructions well ahead of our stay as well as a phone call just after our arrival to make sure everything was OK. There were also very clear instructions in the flat for how everything worked and what do do with dishes, rubbish etc. on departure - always helps.
