This luxurious modern refurbished apartment is conveniently located in Brivibas Iela, one of the main streets in Riga, just 1.8km from Old Town Riga, a big attraction to visitors from the world over. There are a number of shops and restaurants with a few minutes walk of the apartment whilst Public transport in the form of trolley buses, trams and taxis offer a quick route to the city centre and Old town Riga with its many historic sites, churches and museums. The old town offers a range of shops and restaurants with International and Latvian cuisine available. At night the city comes to life with various forms of entertainment and night-life to suit all.
This is an ideal base to exploit this beautiful city whether on business or pleasure.
Accommodation description: The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and comprises of a spacious open plan living room, 8m x 8m with a fully fitted American style modern kitchen having built in units including a microwave oven, fridge, ceramic hob and overhead extractor fan. The breakfast bar seats two people and there are two very comfortable leather sofas in the lounge area. Entertainment is provided here by a large flat screen Satellite TV. In addition there is an encrypted wireless Internet system for clients exclusive use. (Also, a DVD player and music system will be installed shortly) From the living area there is access to a good sized double bedroom having a king size bed, bedside table with light and a chest of draws. The modern, spacious bathroom next to the kitchen also houses the washing machine.
Outside facilities: To the rear of the building there is private parking with a permit for one vehicle. Parking in the side road is also possible. The three-storey building has a security combination entrance lock and the convenience of a lift.
Riga is situated the mouth of the Daugava River, on the shores of the Riga Gulf of the Baltic Sea. There are excellent air, rail and road connections, which makes it a major tourist attraction in the country. Riga is rich in history, culture and diverse entertainments. Visitors can admire buildings of remarkable Gothic, Baroque, Classicism and Art Nouveau architecture. Riga is included into the UNESCO World Heritage List as: Riga traditionally has been the trade and business connection between East and West. It has a lively cultural life with plenty to see! Riga International Airport (RIX) is 13 km from the city centre. Special airport buses (22 and 22A) run every 30 min and cost Ls 0.25. Taxis to the city centre costs around Ls 7.00

Payments to be made to the owners Bank account by BACS / IBACS transfer or by PayPal. The apartment will be ready for occupancy from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00hrs on the day of departure to allow for cleaning.

Damage deposit:A damage/breakage deposit of 100€ is payable with the balance.
Booking: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for all bookings. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, unless arrival is within this period, in which case, full payment is required when booking is made.
