Nestled on the heights of Théoule-Sur-Mer, this luxurious Duplex apartment is located in the prestigious area of Imperial Bay.

The apartment is composed of high-end furniture. The 2 bedrooms and the entire ground floor are air conditioned.

The two bedrooms are located upstairs with 4 very comfortable X-large beds and enchanting sea views. They each have their bathroom with WC. Are sheets and bath and beach towels supplied as an optional extra (see conditions with the owner)?

2nd TV + Wii in bedroom 2.

All the living rooms have a magnificent view of the sea, the bay of Cannes and Antibes, the Lérins islands, Théoule bay and Esterel. You will take advantage of the terrace to eat there, a garden furniture and deckchairs to relax.

By a small staircase at the bottom of the garden, you will reach the very large swimming pool of 15m and the children's pool, located 50m below.

The swimming pools are open from May 1st to October 15th.

Children are welcomed with great pleasure.

Stunning apartment with amazing views

The garden apartment was stunning, from the view to the furnishings . The outdoor furniture was plentiful and of a high standard. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was exceptional . The pool Is large and beautiful . The only thing we didn’t have was any English tv but we were outside most of the time but for winter this would be nice. We’ve bought a fire stick so this would help! The owner was very good at communication and was kind and helpful . We would book again

Perfect, relaxing holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is in a wonderful setting and you can just relax and enjoy the spectacular views at sea. The shared pool was perfect during the hot days. The owner has catered for all your needs including a fully equipped kitchen and a good selection of music, books and DVDs.

Enjoyable 5 day staying in may

We spent a very nice time in this magnificent appartment (2 adultes and 2 girls 16,18 years old). The beautiful view and the very lovely terace and garden let us stay at home nearly all the time. The very unique furniture were in a charming way just perfect for this area of France. The beds were so comfortable and very high quality. The two bathrooms were large enough for a very big family. The kittchen was fully equiped and with stylish dishes. We enjoyed the very quite area. Unfortunately the pool was closed until 15th may. We are looking forward to our next stay at this amazing location. Alice from Zürich

super Sicht auf das Meer

Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten jeden Tag auf der Terrasse frühstücken und in der Sonne den Blick auf das Meer genießen. Wir haben uns gut erholt, schon beim Aufwachen sieht man vom Bett aus durch das große Fenster das Meer. Die Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmern bietet alles, was man braucht und die Lage gestattet es, in vielen Richtungen Ausflugsziele gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuß ist man auch schnell am Bahnhof und kann mit dem Zug Ausflüge, z. B. nach Menton, unternehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A Great Place to Stay

The unit is in a beautifully landscaped gated community set on a steep hill. The result is that you take an elevator down from street level to a ground level unit with a large private backyard overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The view is stunning. The apartment was very clean, very spacious with large luxurious bathrooms. Lastly it had fun coastal decoration that made the place homey and comfortable.
