ideally located for exploring Nice and its region

2 large rooms, this newly refurbished bright and spacious apartment is designed for 2 to 4 people.

It is located on the second floor of a building with elevator and double glazing.

The living room is nice and has an office area with broadband internet connection and printer. There is a library with television and a sofa bed easy to use. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. In the room you will find a double bed, large closet and sliding light oak parquet floor.

If you come from airport, take bus 98, drop to 'Le Port' at 200m from the apartment. You can visit Nice easily on foot or take public transportation practical and economical.

Bus line 30 (stop in front of the entrance of the building) will take you to the train station.

If you come by car, you can find non-paying places in the surrounding streets, but it's more random.

There is also a blue car station (electric car rental) in our street. For more information, please visit: http://autobleue.org/

All water activities are close and you can go by foot in 15 minutes to bowling, swimming-pool and a skating rink. Nearby is also the scene of Nice.

From the building you can make beautiful walks by the sea

You will find all the shops, a supermarket and several restaurants nearby.

Before the door of the building, there is a blue bike station, very convenient to get around Nice.

The nearest beaches are just 300 m walk, the Promenade des Anglais, the old town with its colorful markets and the castle hill (beautiful view) is 10 minutes.

Riquier train station (15 min) will take you to Cannes, Monaco and Menton in 20 minutes and Italy in 30 minutes.

For 1 euro, you can also get around by tram in Nice.

In 1 hour 30 bus through the General Board (1 €) Visit the hinterland of Nice and its ski resorts.

Nice enjoys a wonderful climate all year round and offers many activities including its famous Carnival in February.
