Ideal for a large family, or for 2 families together

In a very quiet neighbourhood, 500m from the pedestrian street of Dolus (with fresh market and all shops) and 2 km from the beach, 3 star listed independent house : 120 M2 on one single level, clear and sunny, completely renovated in 2010, with veranda, terrace, enclosed and shady garden with trees and flowers. Private parking in the garden. Furniture and equipment all new. Very functional, smart decoration.

Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, stereo and telephone. Fully equipped kitchen. Veranda with californian blinds = summer dining room.

4 large bedrooms with closets : Room 1 (facing East) with queen size bed (160x200) and large desk. Room 2 (facing South) with 2 long twin beds (90x200). Room 3 (facing West) with queen size bed (160x200), bistrot table and chairs. Room 4 (facing East) for children with 4 beds (2 sets of 2 bunk beds 80x190).

2 bathrooms with shower, and 2 separate toilets. Garage with washing mashine, dryer, and summer sink (very handy to rinse the bathing suits or open the oysters !).

Other equipment : garden furniture, barbecue, baby equipment : baby bed (60x120), baby tub, and high chair.

Beaches within 2 kilometers (10 minutes with a bike), Water Park Ileo 1 kilometer with pool and slides. Available on the island : thalassotherapy, golf and nudist beaches.

Capacity : maximum of 8 adults, or 10 people alltogether when children included. No Pets.

comportement de la propriétaire pas très sympa

Je suis arrivé dans les lieux juste après le départ des précédents locataires.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé.

C'est après le séjour que les choses ont été moins drôles.

1 semaine et demi après le séjour, je reçois un appel de la propriétaire qui me reproche de ne pas avoir laissé la maison correctement rangé et nettoyé !

Surpris d'entendre cela, je demande des explications !?

- Quelques traces de gouttes sur un robinet

- Une assiette creuse dans la pile des assiettes plates

- les dessous de tables pas rangés à leur place !

Je pense à une blague ! Mais non la propriétaire me réclame une centaine d'euros pour me rendre mon chèque de caution !!

La propriétaire est-elle un peu trop maniaque ? a-t-elle essayé de récupérer un peu plus d'argent ? Je n'en sais rien. Mais heureusement que j'ai insisté en fin de séjour pour faire écrire sur le contrat que l'état des lieux a été réalisé sans remarque particulière... Ma protection juridique s'est alors occupée du dossier afin que je puisse récupérer mon chèque de caution !

Aussi, si un autre locataire était arrivé après notre séjour, je pense que je n'aurai pas eu tout ces soucis... Dans cette histoire, c'est la propriétaire qui a logé dans la maison après notre séjour !

Belle location au centre de l'Ile d'Oléron

Tout est parfait : location joliment décorée, aménagée avec gout, très propre et très bien entretenue. Cuisine très bien équipée et bravo pour la vaisselle et tous les petits nécessaires à disposition. Un jardin clôturé, idéal pour les jeunes enfants.

Location où on se sent BIEN et que nous recommandons volontiers aux grandes familles.

Ideales Haus für Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist hervorragend für einen entspannten Familienurlaub geeignet. ( auch mit Teenagern!) Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll, praktisch, hochwertig und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Besondere Schmuckstücke des großzügigen Gartens sind die wunderschönen Blumen und eine imposante schattenspendende Pinie. Die Lage ist zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig. Besonders angenehm und hilfreich war die gute Vorbereitung und Betreuung durch die nette Vermieterin.

Agréable maison

Très belle maison refaite avec goût et très pratique (électroménager et ustensiles de cuisine en grand nombre). Le jardin est entièrement cloturé ce qui permet aux enfants de jouer en sécurité. Le quartier est calme. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances sur l'île et la maison était bien assez grande pour 4 adultes et 5 enfants.
