217 (Shoreshire) Sapphire Beach is a luxury condominium property on the south of the island situated on Dover Beach which is close to the popular St. Lawrence Gap. In addition to its convenient location and attractive design, the property benefits from gated private parking, elevators, 24hr security, two large beach front pools, gardens and a state-of-the-art fitness centre fully outfitted with the latest equipment.

The unit comprises of 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms ( 2 en-suite ), Request prices for 2 bedroom requirements. Open plan living / dinning area with additional outdoor dinning on the patio with an electric grill available.

The kitchen / laundry has all conveniences including: microwave, fridge / freezer, counter top hob and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, hand blender, hand mixer. Washer and dryer.

There is also a Safe for your valuables.

Shoreshire: The apartment is on the second floor and has been tastefully furnished by owners. It can be rented as a two or three bedroom unit and comes complete with air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout this interior designed luxury apartment.

Further to the details above, wireless internet and multiple flat screen TVs are available for your entertainment.

There is Cable TV & DVD in the living room, Cable TV in bedroom 1. All 3 rooms have their own bedside clock radio with iPod music systems.

Enjoyment and Entertainment.: There are lounging chairs and tables around the 2 pools within the complex.

Further to previous information, the beach facilities have available for hire, lounge chairs with umbrellas together with the facilities provided by the beach activity shop.

A beach restaurant and bar is also available.

Restaurants, pubs and clubs are a 5-10min stroll up 'The Gap' with an abundant night life entertainment.

Other island interests are catamaran cruises, which include swimming with turtles and investigating wrecks. There are also sunset cruises with dinning. Other island activities are safaris, underground cave excursions, etc., - These can be arranged through the agent of the unit.

BARBADOS IS BEAUTIFUL, HOT AND VIBRANT WITH COLOUR

Barbados is beautiful, hot and vibrant with colour. The sea water was very warm in February and the sun extremely powerful. It is an Island surrounded blue water and white sands. A perfect combination!
Our unit was beautiful, air-conditioned, well equipped and had a specular view of the ocean and pool. We arrived late at night and encountered no hiccups. It is fully air-conditioned if you prefer, or just open the sliding doors onto the refreshing see breeze.
Our Condo was very spacious and even with six adults – there was no encroaching on anyone else. Sitting on the balcony in the mornings is to me the best part of the vacation, listening to the waves and watching beach come alive. Two rooms had en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom had a bathroom next to it. The access to the beach is easy and the beach furniture is available at a very low rental costs. If you prefer the pool – the furniture is part of the complex.
At St. Lawrence Gap, grocery shopping is available within walking distance as well as further into town (10 minutes) if you so desire. You can either cook your own meals or walk around “The Gap” to find something local to eat. The food is safe and absolutely delicious. We wanted to hire a chef for two nights to who cooked local dishes for us. We purchased the ingredients required and he cooked, served us and cleaned up after –it was perfect! All arranged by the condo representative – Trudy Gibbs.
At the “Gap” local cooking is available at any time as well as fancier restaurants. Every restaurant or café was very clean and service was great. Casual strolls, no matter what hour of the day or night will find you good food and lively music. We were totally relaxed walking around, which is refreshing change from hotel resorts. The shops are quaint and very reasonable. No matter where you walked the ocean was always right there!

CONVENIENCE AND COMFORT IN PARADISE

Once you've made the smart decision to visit Barbados, look no further! This apartment is in excellent shape, well appointed, secure, exclusive, on prime beach-front and in a convenient location.

After 2 trips here, I look forward to the next...

The beach is semi-exclusive, white sands with crystal turquoise waters. On both trips sightings of sea turtles were common. There are chairs and umbrellas available to rent at reasonable rates. With the beach bar close by all you need is sunscreen, a towel and some shades to block the abundant sun.

The apartment is located on the St. Lawrence Gap (research will tell you that's the place to be) and has bars, nightlife, restaurants, groceries, some shopping and even a car rental all in walking distance. It is also only 20 minutes from the airport and a just a few minutes from the popular Oistins Fish Market.

The apartment has everything you need to relax, cook, entertain and make the most of your stay. Split with a few couples, it is far more value than a hotel and lots more comfortable. With the grocery close by, you can't go wrong. If the pictures haven't sold you on the place, nothing I write here will.

If you can pull yourself away from the beach, my opinion is that the best restaurant on the gap is Pisces, but there are about a dozen others to choose from in the vicinity. The nightlife varies depending on the season and the night. The large park across the street is always humming with football and cricket matches. Friday nights are the nights to go to Oistins for seafood, music and local crafts.

At the end of the day, about the only thing missing is my return ticket to go back. You can't go wrong staying here.

A modern, comfortable, tastefully decorated appartment with exceptional security measures in place. From the balcony one overlooks a sprawling tropical garden with 2 pools which leads on to an amazing beach and turquoise blue sea with numerous water sport activities.

We had an amazing holiday in absolute paradise.

CARIBBEAN FAMILY FUN & RELAXING HOLIDAY

Caribbean Family Fun & Relaxing Holiday

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with a five star hotel feel. Complex is situated so that all your daily needs and sea front restaurants are within walking distance. With a young family this complex catered to all our needs with gated pool area, nice seafront and pool balcony viewing point, beautiful beach with shaded areas under the palm trees and a sea state allowing the kids to swim. For the bigger kid in me the beach facilities were well used with jet ski's, wind surfing, Sailing and Kayaking all at reasonable prices. Other activities on the island included golf, diving, snorkelling and swimming with turtles which are all worth the money and recommended. Overall the accommodation was first class with all the home comforts and would highly recommend to all generations as this condo caters for all needs. Complex is clean and noticeably well maintained with beautiful gardens and pool area. Owners/agent were very polite and easy to deal with and welcome pack recommendations (restaurants & activities) were spot on. We already have plans to return in 2012.

A WEEK IN PARADISE

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing holiday at this lovely condo which we found to be beautifully appointed, very comfortable and conveniently located. There is a lovely view from the breezy balcony and the complex is located on a beach which is well maintained and comfortable for swimmers of all ages. Many conveniences are within walking distance and we felt very secure during our stay. The condo was clean and well maintained through good management which resulted in a positive rental experience. We highly recommend it. USA visitors

Shoreshire is ideally situated on the beautiful Dover Beach, with stunning ocean views, is within walking distance of the many amenities (such as car and motor scooter rentals, convenience stores) and well known restaurants located in St Lawrence Gap.

Sporting activities are available on the beach, from snorkeling, sailing, jet skis to deep sea fishing, all arranged through the local beach shop.

Booking procedure:- A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit will only be accepted if requested accommodation is available. Bookings made 30 days prior to arrival, full payment will be requested to confirm rental.
To confirm bookings over the winter peak season ( December 15th - January 15th ), a 50% deposit will be required.
Notes The unit is also available as 2 en-suite bedroom unit ( contact agent for rates). Departure times of 12:00 noon applies. Where circumstances permit, allowances are usually made for late departures.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of US$500 will be required for each booking and left with Boardwalk Realty Inc. ( Visa and Master Cards are acceptable for deposits ).
