The apartment consists of a kitchen / dining area, a lounge with balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, a bathroom & a private roof terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs & sofa.
The kitchen is equipment with a 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge / freezer, sink and washing machine. There is cutlery & crockery for 4 people & pots & pans. There is a dining table & 4 chairs.
The lounge has a TV with USB & HDMI inputs, DVD player & satellite receiver, L shaped sofa bed (sheets & quilt provided), coffee table & large rug & is air-conditioned with a remote control unit. A balcony from the lounge overlooks the pool.
The bathroom has toilet, sink & bath with shower. Two sets of hand & bath towels are provided.
The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed with quilt & bed linen, a dresser unit, wardrobe with hanging & folding space. There is a balcony from the bedroom overlooking the rear of the complex.
We live in Leicestershire, UK & enjoy travelling & holidays in sunny locations & kept going back to Sharm El Sheikh, year after year because of the year round sun, snorkelling & diving. We originally bought a property in Sharm in 2008 but bought this property off our friends in 2011 & we use it as a holiday home for ourselves as well as renting it to help cover the costs!

The great thing out this property is it is located within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars & the beach unlike some properties in Sharm which are 'in the middle of nowhere'. Our favourite things are the large private roof terrace & large pool which you have to yourself most of the time. Nabq Bay is a very up & coming area & is very laid back & relaxed compared to Naama Bay. There are a good selection of restaurants & bars & a nice beach walkway.
Sitting on the roof terrace either by day soaking up the sun on the sun loungers or by night having a BBQ & bottle of wine this is a special place. You have the mountains one way & the sea the other & you can look out over the large pool.
We talk to so many people who go to Sharm & love the place but end up in crowded hotels having bland all inclusive food. We like to relax in our own space & do things at our own pace. We like to walk to the local restaurants or maybe pop to the local supermarket for some fresh seafood to put on the BBQ on the roof terrace & enjoy this washed down with some local wine.
The apartment itself is well furnished & comfortable & air-conditioned.
We try to provide everything that you'd need on holiday in addition to the usual essentials of cutlery, crockery, kitchenware, bedding & towels, etc. we provide that bit more. Pool / beach towels, a good selection of books, pack or cards, phrasebook, ice bucket for the wine, satellite TV.
The apartment owner made the whole process really easy and stress free, was quick to communicate when booking, answered all our questions and was really informative. They gave us a guest information guide packed with information and recommendations from supermarkets to restaurants to beaches and excursions, which was really useful in planning our week to make sure we made the most of our week. They also organised portable wifi for us for just £25 for the week, and an English contact to meet and greet us at the airport, and drop us back for our flight home at the end of the week. That was great as she settled us into the apartment and was available for any questions throughout our stay. The apartment itself is roomy, comfortable, has use of a great (huge) quiet pool which is cleaned every day. There is also 2 balconies and a large private roof terrace if you can bear the heat! The owners have tried to think of everything you might want, so there. Is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, good selection of books, scrabble board, washing machine and microwave, and very efficient air conditioning system in both the main living area and the bedroom.
The property is well situated with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. There is a great supermarket 'Metro' a short walk away where you can stock up and they'll even deliver your shopping for you. As well as restaurant / bar on site there are plenty of restaurants in Nabq Bay within a short walk. There is the Jasmine Centre area with local restaurants and show. In the “Al Khan” area of Nabq Bay there is the Peking Restaurant & Onions Restaurant both of which are very good (Onions – Lobster Thermidor for about £15 – small lobster but great value!) and just past this is La Strada Mall. At Al Khan / La Strada there are a selection of local bars & restaurants as well as well know international brands such as McDonald’s, KFC, TGI Friday, Burger King & Starbucks. Peking, Onions & many of these restaurants do take away / home delivery & there are a variety of menus with phone numbers in the apartment.
It is worth a taxi ride to Naama Bay for a lively night out with an abundance of bars, restaurants & clubs. It is also worth a taxi ride to Soho Square where there is a good selection of upmarket bars, restaurants & shops. There's even an ice rink & ice bar!
