Fantastic apartment! Fabulous stay!

My partner and I stayed in this apartment from 30/09 until 10/10, which was fantastic. The apartment was a few minutes from a supermarket and the bus stop (the buses were only 3 euros for two of us for the day!). Being so central to other areas in Malta was fantastic; a 20 minute walk to Sliema, a 30 minute bus trip to Valetta and 45 minutes to Bugibba. Seeing Mdina is a must also and at 3 euros, you can hardly grumble! The apartment is located close to bars, restaurants and Paceville nightlife, yet far enough away so that it is lovely and quiet at night. A personal recommendation for a good restaurant would be Ir-Rokna, down towards the Hilton Hotel; the pizzas there are fab! The marina is beautiful and I did a try dive and UDive, the dive centre, within the marina; also highly recommended!

The apartment itself was great; all amenities worked, it was very clean and well maintained. We were provided with fresh linen and towels and were shown how everything in the apartment worked. Mark was very helpful and organised our transport to and from the airport without any issues. Only disadvantage was that the yard never saw sunlight! :( other than this, fabulous apartment! My partner and I are contemplating doing our open water scuba diving PADI course in Malta and should we do this, we would definitely consider this apartment in the first instance!

Very good appartment in St Julians

The location of the appartment is perfect. It was very accommodating and went out of the way to make us as comfortable as possible. It took me only 5 min. to go to my English school. I enjoyed everything in Malta the food, the hospitality of the people, the surroundings, the nearby ancient cities, the sea and of course the weather. The apartement was equipped with everything, what i needed. There were also many shops nearby ... The owner was very helpful.

Nice flat in perfect location

The flat is in a very good condition and Mark is very helpful. I absolutely recommend the place for singles and couples. Perfect location in lively St.Julians but still a quiet place. Would book it again.

Good condition, quiet and clean

Apartment is really favourable location. There are bus stop, very good supermarket Arkadia and a host of other shops, one of them is directly across from this apartment , there are also The Bay Street and Portomaso Shopping Complex, and a lot of restaurants on hand.
It's located on the first floor, but street noise is null.
The property was clean and well-maintained.
I were accorded a hearty welcome. Owner is friendly and mindful of his duties.
I have recommended this property to my friends already.

My favorite restaurants in Malta: I Cannoli (typical Sicilian Restaurant: 160, Triq San Xmun,(St.Simon St.),Bugibba), MedAsia Fusion Lounge, Piccolo Padre, Shaukiwan Chinese Restaurant, Tex Mex Bar and Grill, Hugo's Lounge.
As to sightworthy, I suggest you to follow simple guidebook's advice.

If I decide to return to Malta, I shall rent this apartment for sure.

St Julian's Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the island's mostly fetched resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julian's is a village for all ages and walks of life. The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville - this locality offers much to tourists looking for the night life entertainment, including clubs, bars, Casino, restaurants and other entertainment. Balluta Bay is a popular recreation spot used for swimming, diving, and water sports, with a triangular piazza surrounded by cafes and shaded by Judas trees. Its skyline is dominated by the Neo Gothic Carmelite Parish Church.
