The pool and jacuzzi are only steps away, sure to be refreshing under the warm sun that shines 300 days a year. Unobstructed views as you are enjoying your morning coffee from the Spanish tiled patio will encourage all who venture to visit this outstanding location to return on a regular basis. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a double on the main floor. The roof-top solarium provides not only a breathtaking view of the ocean but also a cooling shower after an invigorating afternoon of reading and relaxing. There is also a stone BBQ for that mid day or evening meal.

Oceanfront in Spain only 10 minutes from a castle and a hop to numerous towns and historical sites. We lack history in Canada and now I am completely surrounded by it.

Location and amenities are right on site. Tennis, paddle ball, soccer and basketball courts, outdoor fitness, restaurant, playground, and the complex keeps on growing

Fabulous villa, fabulous view, fabuolus holiday!!!

5 of us stayed here for 3 weeks and we all loved every minute of our holiday. Property was lovely, clean and tidy. We loved the heated pool, jacuzzi,saunna and high speed internet!
Unlike many holiday rentals, this villa feels like a home. The difference is very apparent. It is very comfortable, with everything you could need. The kitchen is well-equipped. With 3 small kids we appreciated the garden. We had a BBQ on the roof top terrace and the views were amazing.
There is absolutely nothing to complain about.
We will definitely return to this villa, it's probably the nicest we have ever stayed in.

The villa is really well equiped as described by the owner and previous reviewers. We got a lot of information about the house and the surroundings. The WiFi internet was very conveniënt for making free Voip phonecalls with your Iphone.
We stayed here in winter for one month. 18 -20 degrees, Nice wheather for making long walks along the coast.
At this time of the year most restaurants are closed, but the good thing is there are almost no tourists so everything is very calm.,and there is hardly any traffic.
Overall a relaxing holiday on a beautifull location .

The house really has every amenity. We took some games and a soccer ball, but we should´t have bothered. From the bed clothes to the cutlery, it was all of excellent quality. The description was accurate and even prettier than the pictures! We highly recommend it! We enjoyed the paddle and soccer facilities and always meant to go to the sauna, but finally never had the time. The long walks along the promenade by the sea were nice and with a great sunny mild winter, which the rest of Spain didn´t have. We were greeted by Ava, which was always available and helpful, the property is big, with incredible showers and a great patio. Everything was clean and well maintained. We will come back!

I just got back from Spain and am thrilled with the experience I had at the beach house. The house is wonderful - the views are amazing and I felt completely safe and at home.
Mar de Pulpi is a gorgeous complex equipped with everything you could need for a short or even long stay. The complex is clean, modern and very well presented. It has lovely walkways, gardens, pools and sporting facilities and is extremely well taking care of!
The house itself is very nicely furnished and has a great and cozy ambiance. It is fully equipped (you will find everything –and I do mean everything- you need): two TVs, wifi (very fast!), washer/dryer, all the kitchen and dining room conveniences... The owners made sure that everything is at hand from beach towels, cool boxes, snorkeling gear, dvds, hairdryer even up to washing powder! I really felt comfortable here. This place is a very nice place to relax and just enjoy the views. The house has breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. You can take long walks along the beach, have a swim in the heated (!) pool, play tennis, sunbath… The house has three terraces –all with a magnificent sea view- where you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. You can have breakfast on the front patio, afternoon coffee on the large balcony and dinner on the rooftop terrace!
The house is located outside the small, quiet village of San Juan de los Terreros. It has several nice restaurants and a supermarket which has everything you will need. There is also a long stretch of beach with some bars and cafés. Terreros is located right on the border of the region of Murcia and Andalusia and it is definitely a great base for travelling to many of the greatest spots Spain has to offer. So, a car is recommended (oh yes, there is safe underground parking). It is a five minute drive to the centre of town. However, I went many times by foot (it takes about a good half hour walk to the main square and a bit more to the supermarket). But really, how hard is a trip to the supermarket when you can walk alongside the sea the whole time?
I was here for a longer stay in October and November and the weather -with a bright, but soft sun- was absolutely lovely (20-25 degrees C.). So even off season, this place is definitely worth a visit!!

San Juan de los Terreros is located near the border of Murcia and Andalucia. The beach is famous in this area since it shelves gently making it safer for families then most beaches on the cost. This vacation rental villa is situated less than one hour from the airport in Almeria. San Juan de los Terreros is located only 8 km from the busy fishing port of Aguilas and just 12 km from Pulpi, the capital of the municipality to which it belongs.

History buffs will be intrigued by the castle constructed in 1764 located a short distance from the complex. The walk up to the castle is worth the effort since it provides splendid views up the coast as far as Cape Cope and down the coast to the Castle of Roldan in Carboneras. Just out to sea lies the two islands of Negra and de Terreros, parkland.

The sharp jagged peaks of the mountains behind frame the skyline and if you are tempted to climb them you will be rewarded with lovely views of Huecal Overa and miles of lovely coastline.
