This lovely big studio on 7th floor is bright and sunny all day until you watch sunset over the sea.

Located in the well known Torre San Francisco building with own big pool and garden with sunchairs.

Stunning sea views even from the bed.

Totally furnished kitchen includes oven, kettle, cooker, toaster, microwave, blender and iron + board.

Queen size bed with dunlop mattress. Recently renovated bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bed linen and towels included and also beach towels so yu can save on weight at the airport.

Sat tv with british channels.

For a better confort of guests the studio is suitable for 2/3 people, being the third a child on the sofa-bed.

Pubs, karaoke, restaurants and supermarkets just round the corner. Taxi stop at 100m.We adjust to all your needs.

Ideal winter resting place for retired couples.Special prices for winter long lets from 120Pounds/week (October to May)

Free airport pick-up when possible.

A lovely apartment in a nice quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the beach and Arroyo town. The place is perfect for a couple and has the feel of a really nice romantic home. Really nice garden and pool area. Owner lovely and very helpful, would certainly stay again.

Nice place to chill out and watch the sea

Me and my wife liked everything about this studio. It is modern, the bathroom in particular was lovely, brand new. The kitchen had everything we could need, even a welcome box of chocolate. The bed linen were fresh and clean as were the towels.
Excellent location a few minues from the beach, shops and bars.
We had a minor problem with the tv which was solved the same day.
We do agree with other travellers about excellent customer service. The owner is so kind and helpful.
Absolutely recommendable.

Baaaardzo polecam!
Piekny widok, dobre warunki, dogodny dojazd. Mieszkanko przyjemnie urzadzone, a gospodarze przemili. To o wiele lepsze od mieszkania w hotelu. Idealne dla par! My bylismy grudnia 2012 - by?o super!

Vom Studio erreicht man bequem zu Fuß die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den Strand
