Wonderful apartment in Les Houches with great views overlooking Mt Blanc. The apartment has a unique setting, based only 150 metres from the new fast ski lift in Le Prairon, and with a 'ski-out facility' straight to the large balcony. NEW FROM AUTUMN 2015-HIGH SPEED WIFI

Location: The apartment is based about 150 metres away from the new ski lift at Le Prairon. The new ski lift offers fast access to the great skiing area of Les Houches. The area of Le Prairon offers an Apres ski Bar, Ski Shop, Small Deli/groceries, and Ski Rental shop. Behind the parade of shops is a beautiful lake, Forest and Tennis Courts that are available for summer use.

Amenities: Based around the lift and parade of shops is the Ski School that offers ski lessons to anyone from 4 plus. There is also the bus stop that provides a regular Bus service to Chamonix for 1.5 Euro ( 20 minutes), and in the winter offers a return 'Nuit' bus that operates past midnight. The Main supermarkets based about 1 mile away and offers a wide range of Meats, Vegetables, Breads and Groceries. You will also find some more Bars and Restaurants in this area of Les Houches. Some other Bars and Great Restaurants can also be found 5 minutes from the Apartment.

When I saw that MGM were building in this area and location, it 'ticked' all the boxes. I wanted a property was close to the Ski lift so that I and future tennants did not have to get a Bus or walk far to the Ski lift. The view, Location and the peace and quiet. If I want to have more options I am only a short bus ride to Chamonix.

The apartment is situated only 150 metres from the Prairon lift and Ski School in the sunniest part of the village. Nearby amenities include; shops, Restaurent, Lake, Kids Ski slope, Ski and snowboard rental, shop with Bread and provisions, Tennis club and new Health spa (for massage and Pool). A 5 minute walk will bring you to the Junction that also provides some further nice restaurents, bar and a new Apres and late night bar.

Ski: The apartment is based only 150 metres away from the new speedy lift system is Le Prairon. On a good day you can ski straight to the apartment via the Balcony to offer the full 'ski out'. The area is often home to the World Downhill Ski championship which normally occurs in Early January. The runs are for all abilities and offers some of the most scenic routes looking up at Mt Blanc and the surrounding areas.

  • The main bedroom has a double bed and a large cupboard area for storing clothes, shoes ,etc. It has 2 bedside cabinets on either side of the bed, and has a large window that opens wide open to reveal fantastic views of Mt Blanc. The bedroom window is covered with a wooden black out cover that provides a full 'black out' experience which is great for getting that well earned rest! The 2nd bedroom is smaller than the main, and includes single bunk beds. This is ideal for children however is also fine for adults too. The main living area also has a pull out sofa that provides a further double bed. NEW THIS YEAR- The apartment has had some minor changes including, New Rug, Pictures, Kitchen equipment and a new LCD screen with Xbox 360 and Games.
