The apartments Maltezske 5 & Maltezske 6 are ideally located in the historical centre Lesser Town, Mala Strana, on a gorgeous and quiet square (the square of Malta with many interesting monuments around, the place where Mozart & Beethoven used to stay), at few steps from the famous Charles bridge (100m), near the river bank with its pleasant Kampa park. You can discover and enjoy the city centre by walking directly from this location and access to all touristic sites.

MALTEZSKE 5 is quiet, luminous with nice sights on the historical district; 4 sleepings (1 large bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed in the living room).

MALTEZSKE 6 is very quiet and luminous, elegant with antique furnitures and original wood floor, with great views; it sleeps 6 persons in a romantic atmosphere (1 large bedroom with a double bed, a living room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed).

The apartments Maltezske 5 & 6 are located in the heart of the Lesser Town (called Mala Strana) which is the oldest district of Prague, founded in the Middle age, with dominant renaissance and baroque styles ; the district is dominated by the Prague castle (which accumulates 9 hundreds centuries architecture, from the 9th century to the 18th century). Beside the castle, this area is famous for its Renaissance and Baroque palaces (now embassies and ministries), for its old churches (from Roman style to Baroque style, like San Nicolas), for its museums, galleries and for the Baroque gardens and parks all around. To summarize, this is the most romantic and beautiful district of Prague ! And also, the Charles bridge is at few steps, on the way to the Old Town square (20 min. walk), with nice walks by the river. There are many good restaurants, taverns, jazz-bar and cafes in the vicinity. We offer you many informations to enjoy the best of the City. Safe parking to pay in option in a hotel.

We arrived in mid August (1 adult and 2 young children) and were very impressed by this charecterful apartment, partially overlooking the historical Maltese Square. The apartment was very well equipped, and only a short walk to Charles Bridge. If you are travelling with young children, do not despair as there is plenty to do and see, and lots to keep younger travellers occupied. Do not miss 'Don Giovanni' at the Marionette Theatre, which will entertain both adults and children, or Prague Castle which is like no other. Also, the classical concerts are very impressive - considering that the target audience is tourists. There is an abundance of good quality restaurants and cafes serving an eclectic range of eating options - both traditional Czech and international dishes. Oveall, the apartment and its location is highly recommended. Prague becomes very busy in the summer months, but the apartment is located away from the main flow of tourism, and offers some respite from the rather crowded human traffic on Charles Bridge and the Old Town.

Enjoy a renaissance near the Knights of Malta

This atmospheric apartment intensified the magic of our Prague visit. On arriving at the Square of the Knights of Malta, we had a beer in a leafy walled garden below the flat. Then we enjoyed a romantic dinner in a vaulted candle-lit cellar a few doors down the street. Among the impressive historic sights, we found hidden treasures - like Lennon's mural and master puppet makers under the Charles Bridge. The apartment is roomy, comfortable and well stocked. Its painted beams are characteristic of those in many of the historic buildings in the area. These dwellings were the home of the elite in times past. Make sure you get clear, detailed instructions on how to find the place, as the houses in the area have several numbers posted and we got lost on arriving. But once here, there was more than enough to keep us enchanted for many days. You won't regret booking for as long as you can possibly spare.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close the the Charles bridge and the rest of the Prague sites, restaurants and pubs. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. It was clean and stocked with the necessities upon our arrival. All in all, a great place to stay for enjoying Prague.

the flat is beautiful and large and extremely well situated just literally a walk away from Charles bridge. The kitchen is of decent size and so is bathroom. You have to sleep with windows open as it can be hot, which means you do hear a little traffic noise. Be careful to pay the owner in the right currency (euros), or you will end up giving him a few more pounds as he will not be happy witht eh exchnage rate.
Overall highy recommended.
