FULL WEST ESPLANADE form part of the complex that includes a dozen luxury beach apartments. Esplanade is located in one of the most prestigious and most sought beaches.
Due west is the first line on the ground floor, directly on the beautiful white sand beach. The bath is also very pleasant.
The mountain views of the hill is beautiful and the sunset is an astonishing spectacle.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. The open kitchen is very well equipped. Dining room for 8 and comfortable lounge. The new apartment was in July 2013 Book.

The very beautiful swimming pool is large and pleasant.

the safety is ensured 24/24. The camera also provide survellance.
The maid and manager of the apartment. 9hr service is 1 hr daily, except Sundays and public holidays.
Parking is reserved in the apartment.
A five minute walk from the apartment there are restaurants and well-stocked shops. .
Shopping centers and supermarkets are nearby.

The climate in Black River is pleasant all year. The outputs catamarans are very beautiful and Recomended. a ride that lasts one day with a lunch stop on Ile aux clam is much appreciated visitors.
there are a dozen dives centers in the Western Region. the centers offer training recognized worldwide. has noted that the dives sites are very accessible, 20 minutes from the coast ..
The western area is deemed for fishing big. iil are several fishing centers offering day trips.

Beautifully designed and positioned apartment

We were a family of four (with a 2 year old and 5 month old) staying for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Esplanade. Incredible views of sunset from indoors; a beautiful lagoon, we swam out c. 200m and were still only elbow deep; great location, we bought fresh fish from fishmonger, less than five minutes walk away, and cooked on the Weber gas bbq overlooking the beach in the evenings. There is a lovely coffee shop ( Kuumba Coffee Black River) and bakery (La Kaz A Pain) a short walk away for breakfast / brunch. Mosquitos and pests, as with anywhere on the island's coast, are a problem but is managed efficiently and effectively by Jean Claude who was easily reached throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again when the kids are older.

Simply perfect holiday ...

The whole experience from booking to relaxing at the villa was just amazing . Wouldn’t change anything . Other people have listed all the good detailed points and I totally agree. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing Family Holiday

The property was excellent and provided a fantastic base for a relaxing family holiday in Mauritius. It was very comfortable with all the facilities we needed. Our two boys (10 & 11) loved playing in the pool and snorkelling in the sea which was shallow enough to be really safe for around 100m offshore. There are great local convenience shops and places to eat within a few minutes walk and plenty of sea based activities in nearby Tamarin and Black River. For more adventurous in land activities there are plenty of excursions within 30 mins drive including the Black River National Park, Chamarel and Casela nature park. Overall, we would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a quiet, self catering holiday in Mauritius with lots of activity options close by,

absolutely paradise

The ground floor apartment is ideally located on the west coast taking full advantage of the magnificent sun sets every evening. In a small private residence of 12 apartments discretely built in accordion so each apartment is private, Jean Claudes’ apartment was perfect, full amenities and tastefully decorated. Pratima looked after the cleaning admirably. Every morning you wake up and take a plunge in either the cascading pool overlooking the beach or directly in the turquoise lagoon just in front. Facilities nearby? everything grocer, butcher, fish shop, wine store, just 100m way with the London supermarket 1km away. Hungry at lunch take a stroll down the beach on the left 300m to find a small beach front hotel with sea view restaurant. Excursions loads nearby. All in all absolutely perfect with a special treat for bird lovers every evening only to be discovered when there.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit Jean Claude war sehr gut, wenn es Probleme gab hat er sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Wir haben eine Kombination aus Sightseeing und Relax Urlaub gemacht, dafür ist die Wohnung optimal geeignet. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind wunderschön. Danke für den schönen Urlaub
