Charming Traditional Pollensian town house with small private pool and terrace

Terrace: The outside terrace has features the recently re-tiled splash pool, it is approximately 3m x 2m in size. Out here you will also find the built in brick BBQ, and washing machine which is integrated under the counter. There is a lovely cushioned seating area with large marble table which can sit up to 5 people. There terrace has a number of plants including bougainvillea, vines and and potted planters. The terrace usually has sun for around 5-6 hours a day starting before lunch time, these times are shorter during the winter period when the suns is not so high.

The Location: The house is in a fantastic location, literally a few minutes walk and you are in the plaza major with all it´s chick pavement cafe bars and restaurants.

During the main fiesta the Patrona de Pollensa, the battle between the local Christians and the Moors takes place around the corner from the house. The Moors(Pirates) come along the road in front of the house so you have a prime viewing spot to see the participants up close as the battle commences.

Children: Children are welcome at the property although due to the open and steep nature of the staircases it is not recommended for children under 5 years old.
