We are a happy family of three who also enjoy inviting our extended family and friends to our retreat in France. We go here as often as we can - as we find this really brings us closer as a family. We love the food, the art, the weather and the people down here.
Fists of all we wanted a house close to a village that was not overly touristic. We wanted a short walk into the village, we wanted a pool and we wanted a great view. All this + closeness to the attractions of being in the heart of the Riviera with all that is going on. We found it all in La Calade :)
Lies in an authentic area where you come far enough away from the tourist machine of the seaside - yet close enough enough to get to the beach in 15 minutes and less than 10 minutes from the highway. Stay on a wonderful property, walk into a sleepy town with a few restaurants, go to the gorges of the Loup river or join the crowd and the fun of the Riviera. You can have it all within minutes. Not to forget the best butcher in Provence at the local supermarket ;)
