The apartment has been built in Andalusian style. Located in Cerrado de Calderon, one of the best residential areas of Malaga city, at the east of Malaga city with excellent views to the mountains and the sea. It is a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. There are parking places just outside, which is very complicated and expensive in downtown Malaga. 3.5 km from the city historic center. Only 300 m. away there is an area with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and shops. 900 m. away is the beach, Los Baños del Carmen, and 1,300 m. away is the seafront at PEDREGALEJO, area of restaurants and bars where you can sit down on a terrace to enjoy the famous Malaga fried fish and other Mediterranean dishes such as paella, with great views to the bay of Malaga city. Central heating, wifi internet line 24 hours a day. From September to June can be rented for long term.

Hints and Tips: Malaga with its excellent cuisine is considered one of the best gastronomic regions of Spain, in typical Mediterranean and international cuisine. In climate outdoor seating in any terrace is a delight. It has a very good acceptation for its easy access to the terrace. It is equipped with T.V. and all you need to cook (crockery and cutlery), fridge, microwave, toaster hob and kettle. You can rent it per days, weeks or long term.

Small but cosy - ideal for a couple

Anybody (alone or couple) who needs accommodation as a base for exploring Malaga and its environments with daily trips, Studios in this apartment are an ideal choice. Located in a quiet residential area, yet close to both the beaches and grocery stores, Juan's impressive place offers easy access to both the city centre and main roads leading to the wonders of Andalusia, with parking place just across the street. The studios are well equipped, including the use of in-front terrace. Small kitchenette provides heater (two-plated), microwave oven, fridge, tea cooker, all in excellent condition in a clean and nicely built house. The bathroom is small, yet comfortable and sufficient for a couple, without interfering with the neighbours. Anybody who has the inclination to choose independence from massive hotels and daily sufferings to locate yet another small restaurant for meals, it is a great place to spend time, refill, and go for the next Moorish castle from the Tales of 1001 Nights.

Excellent base for visiting Malaga

A very good location for the Pedrelejo beach (a short walk) or the city centre a bus ride away. The bus stop is close by with a service every 20 to 30 minutes during the week. Good wifi connection helped plan trips. The studio is fitted with the basic needs, a sharp knife would have been useful in the kitchen drawer, but no real complaints. A well stocked supermarket is a short walk away with a good meat counter and a good selection of wine. Juan and his wife made us very welcome and we would have no hesitation in recommending the studios to friends.

Perfect location for all activities!

If you just like to hang around the beach or if you have a car to discover Andalucia, this small but nice apatement is just perfect. The beach with cheap and delicious seafood restaurants are not far away. The 'Autovia' is just a few minutes by car.

If you need a vehicle ( Scooter or Car) the houseowner will help you. We had a scooter for some days and it was perfect to drive around Malaga. The weather is wonderful to drive a Scooter in Malaga.

The apartement is just basic but it has got all you need and it was good for me and my wife.

I would recommend this my friends, if they want to go to Malaga.

Perfect place to explore Malaga, small but it has everything you need. The owners are very welcoming and we really felt comfortable during our stay. Really enjoyed ourselves

Great location, grocery right down the road (not open on Sunday), down the hill was beach and beach and more beach. Loved it. Juan is very hospitable and helpful without being intrusive. We found the accommodations very nice and good value for the money. If/when we come back in Malaga we will stay again.

Ski: At some point of the year you may be swimming in the sea, and 90 minute later being skiing in Sierra Nevada (Granada).

Means of access.

The Airport is 14 km. away. You can take a taxi that costs 30 € more or less. By bus until the terminal of the centre, and from the centre bus number 33 to Cerrado de Calderón. The train station, and interurban bus station are 5 km away, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros. By your own transport, It depends on where you are coming from. Ask for further information.

To get around the city a Bonobus at a very economical price is the solution.
