This family owned, luxury rental apartment is located in the heart of Nice. The self catering apartment is located on a quiet street adjacent to Place Mozart, Nice, on the fourth floor of a modern building equipped with an elevator. Our one bedroom apartment rental features a modern kitchen and top of the range furniture and fittings. It boasts a large sun terrace which is bathed in Riviera sunshine for most of the year, and is ideal for alfresco dining. The marble floored living and dining area is fitted with luxury sofas which easily convert to comfortable beds. The dining area features a stylish extensible table, to tailor to the dining needs of our self catering guests. The fully equipped kitchen is also an ideal dining area for two guests and leads onto the apartment sun terrace. The bright, spacious bedroom contains warm timber flooring and furniture and also opens out onto the sun terrace. Bed linen, bath towels and other necessities are provided for our self catering guests.

Would have no hesitation on recommending this apartment. The description of the apartment and area are very accurate. We were met at the apartment by Declan and Helen who took time to explain how everything worked and about the area. We had a comfortable stay in the apartment which was well equiped with everything you need including extras like the welcome pack, books, games etc. We hired a car for travelling further afield than Nice but used the trams, bus and the train all of which are within a few minutes of the apartment to get around NIce. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Apartment is great value for money.

When booking the apartment nothing was too much trouble for Declan, he answered any questions we had promptly.

We really enjoyed Nice. The near Railstation is perfect to discover the Côte d'Azur.
A little bit loud if you sit on the balcony.

We stayed in this apartment in July 2009 and had a very enjoyable holiday. It is only a 5 min. walk from the train station and the shuttle bus to Nice airport which makes it very easy to travel along the Cote d'Azur. It is a bright and spacious apartment with a very homely feel.There is a very good selection of books and local information guides which we found very useful. The large balcony is ideal for outside dining morning and evening. The local shop 'Cocci market' is very convenient and offers good value and excellent service.
The beach is within walking distance as are the main shopping areas and restaurants. The apartment is also near the new tram line which is very good value at €3 per day!
The owner Declan provided excellent customer service and was very professional in dealing with all of our correspondence.
Marilia who met us on arrival was most helpful and friendly.
We would highly recommend this apartment for any visit to Nice or as a base for exploring the Cote d'Azur.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

The owner provided excellent customer service promptly replying to all enquiries.
This apartment is easily accessed from the airport using the local bus service to the train station, it is then just a short walk along Ave Auber.
The property is well maintained, comfortable and is equipped for all your self catering needs.
The agent was welcoming and was available anytime if needed.
This is a perfect base for exploring the Cote D'zur by train.
The tourist road train in Monaco was particularly good value.
Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Recently spent a week in this apartment and will definitely return.

Excellent location and property is equipped with wireless internet, telephone, extensive TV channels, a wide range of books etc which meant that we were kept fully entertained during our stay.

Also took full advantage of the terrace, loved sitting out in the evenings after with a bottle of wine (or two!) and relaxing after each day's activities.

Owners were helpful and made every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, providing us with tourist information, maps and local restaurant recommendations - many thanks!

Nice is also very close to the Alps, which affords winter visitors with an opportunity to ski. The apartment is just off Place Mozart in the famous Musicians Quarter of central Nice. Gare Nice Ville is just 300m away with its rail and bus links to Cannes, St Tropez, Monaco and Italy. Nice airport is only twenty minutes away, with a regular express bus to the station. Low cost secured underground car parking is available just 100m from the apartment. It is easily accessed from motorway A6 by taking exit 50. The main shopping district of Nice, Avenue Jean Medicin, is within five minutes walk from the apartment. The historic old town is a short stroll away. The main beach and celebrated Promenade d’Anglais is within a ten minute walk. There is a wide selection of restaurants and cafes close by.

The room also includes a TV/DVD player and multiple electrical sockets, which have been fitted with removable UK adapters for the convenience of our guests.The room also has a bookcase with a good range of novels and autobiographies The living area features a superior quality couch which contains a complete double bed and mattress. In the living area, there is another sofa which converts to a single bed, which can be easily accommodated in any room of the apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to five persons with two double beds and one single bed. An iron and ironing board are supplied for the guests' convenience.
