Sehr angenehme Ferienunterkunft ohne Luxusambitionen, Ausstattung komplett, 5 Fahrräder, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ruhige Umgebung direkt am Wald, jederzeit wieder!

Ambiance familiale

C'est propre et complet et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute. En plus on a trouvé la délicieuse ambiance d'une maison familiale. Idéalement situé au calme et proche de la piste cyclable à 10 minutes en vélo de la plage. Le Petit Piquey et ses commodités sont à moins de 5 minutes à vélo.

Ferien pur ohne Luxusprobleme

Großes Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, großem Außenbereich, direkt an Kiefernwald angrenzend. Einrichtung teils mit Vintage-Charme, nicht übertrieben clean, einfach angenehm ohne Luxusanspruch, technische Ausstattung einwandfrei. Keine Probleme mit Nachbarn, genug Abstand, da das Grundstück relativ groß ist. Per Fahhrad sind Meer- und Bassinseite gut erreichbar, Einkaufen und Restaurants überall auf dem Cap Ferret gut, besonders die Markthallen empfehlenswert, großartiges Fischangebot und Austern direkt vom Erzeuger. Vor Ort war die Abstimmung von Ankunft und Abfahrt, Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend, Ankommen wie bei alten Freunden, Jederzeit wieder!

Maison qui a quelques années et pour laquelle il faut s'assurer que la cheminée sera fonctionnelle dans les périodes froides (nous y étions début novembre) mais qui est sinon bien placée et tout équipée. Les propriétaires vous accueillent en famille, c'est sympa.
