Not a party house, no events or gatherings etc. The City of Honolulu recently enacted a law which allows rental houses such as this one to be rented only once within a 30 day block of time. While few guests visiting Hawaii are looking for a 30 day rental, the law is interpreted to mean that the owner may only rent the house once within a 30 day window, regardless of how long or short the stay of the visiting guest. Our Rental Agreement and scheduling has now been adapted to comply with this new requirement.

Nothing short of amazing

My husband, myself and our 4 teenagers stayed at this beautiful beach house together. Pictures do not do this home justice. This house was perfection from location, cleanliness, decor, as well as the views and all the beach gear required to have an easy comfortable day out. Steve, the owner, was easy to work with and responded quickly to emails and texts. No small detail was forgotten with this listing. The house is equipped with all the kitchen utensils needed to cook meals and even had enough seasonings to get you started grilling. All the bathrooms provided shampoo/conditioner/luxurious hand soaps and even had the good toilet paper! The mattresses and pillows were all very comfortable and provided excellent sleep. I was originally concerned about the beach access but it was a very easy 3-5 min stroll to the sand in a safe neighborhood. Beach chairs/sand toys/boogie boards/surf boards/water shoes and snorkel masks were all provided. In our 15 years of renting homes on VRBO, this one was voted the best by all 6 of us. Our only wish was that our vacation could have been longer. Do yourself a favor and rent this house! You will be so glad you did.

Great location on the North Shore

Spent a week at the property with my family and it was amazing. The location was great, easy (walkable) access to so many things. Saw whales right from the front porch. Beds were comfy, place was clean. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. Overall loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Vacation stay

I have to say this was a great choice of a VRBO home and could not have been any happier. the whole family was at an awww once we arrived. we almost did not want to leave the house/balcony/yard view (amazing). the house accommodated our family needs from the inside and out. there were even beach toys provided for the little one as well as all ages of snorkeling gear, bicycles,water shoes, paddle type boards/ etc:) we will definitely want to book this home in the future when we go back for another visit. thank you so much. I highly recommend this home for anyone. always - vicka
