Victoria is a very special holiday home. We have placed great value on our timeless and tasteful furniture. Our house has 2 bedrooms and is equipped for 4 persons. There is a large master bedroom with two closets and a large bathroom. There is also a double bedroom, which has a bathroom with sink and a tub / shower. In the large living room has a cable-TV. There is also an open kitchen in American style, is fully equipped and has a bar. The patio area is benefiting from sun loungers and a barbecue. Sit at the pier and enjoy the spectacular view of the canal.

The town house is located in an exclusive lagoon city, with over 600km of canals in the south west Gulf Coast of Florida. There are only 20 minutes on the tropical islands of Sanibel and Captiva with their snow-white beaches and unspoiled natural parks. Are seasonal water parks, community parks with playgrounds for the children in this city also plentiful. The town house is located in the centre of Cape Coral. Markets and restaurants are just minutes away. Busch Gardens Tampa Bay are just 2 hours. The Everglades, with its alligators is just a half hour drive, Naples and Bonita places to shop and are about 30-40 minutes away by car. The Seminole Indians have casinos in the Everglades, Tampa Bay and Ft Lauderdale in the evening or take a ride on the casino ship that, outside of Ft. Myers sails.Take a day trip to Key West on the high-speed Ferry
