Charming flat, newly renovated, for 4-5 sleeps, with terrace, Bastille

Aligre district Bastille, near Gare de Lyon.

Holiday apartment of 45 m² with balcony terrace of 4 m² at the 6th floor with elevator in a very beautiful high building 1910 rotunda with wood floors and trim.

Completely renovated kitchen and new shower room, double glazing sunny and bright, quiet, great view over the roofs and clear streets of the neighbourhood.

Arranged carefully. New equipments, washer dryer, dishwasher, multifunction oven, hob, steam cooker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, TV, internet, ipod, iron and ironing board, hair towel, hair dryer, table and seat deck for balcony.

Subway, bus, Velib, commercial, restaurant, bar, the famous ‘marche couvert d’Aligre’ at 100 m. In very lively, animated and very well served area.

In conclusion the charm of an apartment upstairs very bright, in a typical trendy Parisian street, commercial and well served in transportation.

What a great apartment. This was our first visit to Paris and the accommodation for 2 was perfect. Close to all modes of transport. Clean and tidy. Would stay here again when next visiting Paris.

We spent a great long weekend in this lovely apartment. It's ideally located close to Gare de Lyon, Place de Bastille and for exploring the Marais area. The apartment itself had everything that we needed and was very warm and comfortable.

The owner was also very helpful and his directions were great. We found it first time and he was there to meet us and explain everything. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again.

We stayed in the apartment in January 2012. Great location, very bright, equipped with all necessary apartments. Mohamad is very friendly and attentive to his guests. Near the house is located Aligr market where you can buy fresh food and flea market.
It akes 5 minutes to get to the Place de la Bastille, 2-3 minutes to metro.
From the window visible "Art viaduct".
In general, we still have only positive feelings of being in Paris.

Very light, very clean appartment with style and central. Perfect for 2, fits 4 without problems. We have had a great time with our 2 boys who enjoyed having their own TV set. The quartier is not noisy the view from the room great. You have 4 bakeries around and a good food market close by. Great place to stay!
