Cozy one bedroom cottage located in an area of ​​300m. recently renovated. It has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, living room with all new furniture and on the top floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, is the bedroom. Perfect Spanish Getaway

Having found this house on the internet and loving what we saw in the pictures, it more than exceeded our expectations when we got there.

It is the perfect place to stay if you want to avoid other British tourists and experience Spanish beach life.

We received a warm and helpful greeting by the owner on arrival who explained the highlights of the surrounding areas and provided a contact number if we needed anything else.

The house itself was located a good distance from the busier part of the town, however still only a 2 minute walk to an amazing natural beach. Visiting in September at the end of the season, the town was extremely quiet during the week and only marginally busier at the weekend when local Spanish people visited.

We would highly recommend this house if you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Its decorated to a high standard with a modern quirky style. The newer feature of the outside four-poster bed provided the perfect afternoon relaxation spot.

We would definitely consider returning and staying there again.

Ruhig und idyllisch, nah zum Meer.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit einem extrem netten + hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Schöner großer Garten zum relaxen, man ist in nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer, das Häuschen ist klein, aber fein mit allen wichtigen Dingen zum leben und kochen ausgestattet.

Perfekt wäre noch eine Liege im Garten und ein kleines Tischchen mit 2 Klappstühlen im Häuschen, da es dort nur ein Sofa und ein Beistelltisch gibt.

Bei einem ungemütlichen Regentag (auch wenn er nicht häufig vor kommt) wäre es so einfach praktischer um auch mal drinnen zu essen + zu frühstücken.

Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man Katzen mag (der Kater gehört im Grunde mit zum Häuschen) und einen ruhigen Ort für den Urlaub oder surfen sucht.

Relax, playa y estrellas! - Relax, beach & stars!

Entre viaje y viaje siempre buscamos un lugar especial donde descansar y sin duda lo encontramos en esta casita.

La ubicación es perfecta, las fotografías muestran tal y como es, dispone del equipamiento necesario y la limpieza era correcta; si alguien es alérgico a los gatos lo debería tener en cuenta.

Recuerdo el despertar colorido por los reflejos del ventanal del dormitorio, los desayunos en el porche donde sólo se oía el sonido de la naturaleza y las siestas en la cama balinesa.

Between trips we always seek for a special place to rest and we certainly found it in this house.

The location is perfect, the pictures show as it is, it has the necessary equipment and cleanliness was correct; if someone is allergic to cats you should consider it.

I remember the colorful morning due to the window reflects, having breakfast on the porch where we only heard the sounds of nature and the naps in the Balinese bed.

We will be back!

wenige Gehminuten zum Strand

Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes lief sehr gut und die Übergabe des Hauses klappte perfekt. Das Haus, insbesondere das Schlafzimmer mit Blick zum Meer ist sehr gemütlich und der Garten mit Terasse sehr geschmackvoll angelegt und kaum einsehbar. Im Februar kann es abends recht kühl sein und da im Haus nur ein Couchtisch ist, kann es zum essen draußen etwas zu frisch oder drinnen etwas ungemütlich sein, daher ein Stern Abzug. Im Februar und Anfang März sind die meisten Chiringuitos und Restaurants noch geschlossen, aber El Palmar ist dann vor allem für Wellenreiter interessant und Leute, die Ruhe und Natur suchen.

Preciosa casita para descansar y disfrutar

La casita es una delicia porque está muy cuidada en todos los detalles, todo super limpio y estiloso (las sábanas olían a gloria), pero quizá lo mejor es el jardín, muy amplio, con un porche y mucho césped donde tumbarse. La playa está a 5 minutos andando y es mi opinión es la mejor zona de El Palmar, pues es más tranquila y virgen y se puede caminar por la zona de La Mangueta, que es preciosa. Si os gustan los animales, disfrutaréis de el gran gato Tremendo, que no da lata ninguna pero tiene una personalidad muy simpática. Es la segunda vez que vamos y ojalá podamos volver pronto.

Traumurlaub mit Sternchen

Einfach schön! Das mit viel Liebe und Phantasie ausgestaltetes Haus, übrigens ein alter Stall, ist eine auf zwei Etagen ausgebaute kleine Zeitreise. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist romantisch und läd unter dem kleinen Vordach des Hauses zum Verweilen ein. Der junge Vermieter ist sehr zugewand, wir haben ihn in unser Herz geschlossen. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt, ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen befindet sich auf dem abschließbaren Grundstück. Die Gegend bietet neben dem Strand Ausflugsziele in die "weißen Dörfer", zu römischen Ausgrabungen, zum Wandern in Naturparks oder z.B. zum Shoppen nach Cadiz. Essen kann man überall in El Palmar und Umgebung, da sollte man seine eigenen Erfahrungen sammeln, da die Geschmäcker verschieden sind. Wichtiger Hinweis: für sehr große Menschen kann die enge Wendeltreppe hinderlich sein, aber für verliebte Paare ist die Wohnung ein Traum.

The beach is El Palmar by the Chanca area and only 15 minutes walk to the pristine beach of Mangueta, miles and miles of pristine beach without ever having been inhabited by human hands.
