Elegant, modern & very bright these three apartments offer its guests a very comfortable stay with all the modern comfort you may need and a new, impeccable, beautiful furniture. In the past the building was a horse stable of a palace belonged to a noble family. That's the reason we choose three famous horses to name them. This is a very famous building in Lucca due to its round shape (see Ribot living room) just in front of the Wall at the end of Piazza Santa Maria. The building, after several years of a neglected state, has been recently and completely restored and they have create three beautiful apartments. Two of them have a terrace. Tornese and Varenne share a huge terrace but each apartemnt has its own privated spaces divided from the other by plants and flowers. Ribot does not have a terarce. it has the famous 'round' room from where you can enjoy a gorgeous sunset overlooking the city's walls. All have air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher, bikes. They all share a laundry room on the ground with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.

This is a fully licensed vacation rental and we are able to let you have parking on-site!

Location: The location is superb. Just on front of the Walls, a few steps from the Piazza Santa Maria towards the Piazza San Frediano. Everything you may need, from groceries, to ice cream, to restaurants, bar and cafè, churches and art sites are really a few steps away from your door.

On the ground floor of the building the enchanted Osteria Miranda will be very welcomy with you. Live music is sometimes played and can be a good opprtunity to enjoy it from the apartments with a nice glass of wine (during the summer every Wednesday night)

All the three apartments lye on the first level above the street which means only 16 steps from the street.

In my personal opinion, this is something close to the 'perfection'

well furnished, well appointed, bright, few steps, parking on site… bikes, dryer… wifi, air co… everything you may need, in front of the access to the promenaded on the top of the city's walls..

but the most important detail from me is the attention and the care given to the the details from the owners while restoring the property.

A GREAT APARTMENT - CENTRALLY LOCATED

The apartment was just as advertised on the web site. Centrally located and within easy access to the main shopping streets and good restaurants as well as being close to the wall. The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities we needed, and the outdoor veranda was a great way to relax in the sunshine on our own private balcony - a real added benefit. It was useful to have private parking too so we didn't ever have to worry about where to park up the car.
Deborah's services were really helpful, meeting us on arrival and showing us everything in the apartment.
Overall, couldn't have been better!

Arrived to find the apartment was much better than we envisaged.It was spotless and had everything we needed including washing and drying room,although we did not need it.The terrace was great to relax on after a day seeing the sights and to get your breath after a cycle around the city wall,which was most enjoyable.There were many restaurants close to hand and the one near the apartment was excellent.A really good base to explore the area with good links to Florence,Pisa and the vineyards !!.Debora ensured we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend.

Lucca, Via della Cavallerizza 7 - a steps from everything you may need and may want to sightsee. The access ramp to the promenade on the top of the city walls is just in front of the building. The Piazza Santa Maria just behind the corner and it offers the information office, newspapers, vegetable store (my favourite over all), ice cream, yoghurt, cheese store, groceries ...
